Mark was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant as he explained everyting.

Requested Furnace and A/C tune up/maintenance. Tyler was great - very professional, thorough, and honest. He also provided us with information to get a rebate from National Fuel for our furnace tune up - I never knew this existed, and wouldn’t have if Tyler hadn’t been so helpful. I’m not sure how I came across them but they have been very good about furnace and AC checkups. Everyone that has come has been a gem. I like the info the T-Mark gives about the technicians that come to your home. Plus you get a photo.

Alex did a thorough cleaning and test of my systems using tools that did not discharge any coolant. He gave me an assessment of the system’s stage of life compared to what he sees. He also spotted a water heater that may be nearing end of life before it malfunctioned, well in time to quote and budget for a replacement. Thank you!

Matt and the T-Mark crew installed a new high efficiency furnace, tankless water system and AC at my home in June 2022.
