Main sewer line was clogged. Started out with roto rooter and it was a terrible experience. They were 4 hours late outside of the window, showing up after 9 pm. Ryan accurately pinpointed wear the water leak was coming from, cut out defective part and replaced. He was polite and professional. Would definitely use T-Mark again.

I’m a repeat customer. Consistently excellent customer service, and follow up. Plumbers explain problems and solutions, and ask you to check their work before wrapping up. They review warrantees before leaving as well. Sub pump replacement was insanely quick!

Awesome, on time professional,

The problem in the old radiator (1930s) was found and fixed quickly. The radiator now puts out heat which it has not for a few years.

Technician was not confident about diagnosing the problem. Seemed inexperienced. Told him about weird burning smell around furnace area and in living room around the vent. He replaced gas pipe but issue is still there. Service was provided on Feb 17. Saima Shaikh
