TMark's customer service is always amazing! Don fixed our clogged sink/ pipes and cut the pvc pipes so the pitch would make the water flow better. He was the nicest guy! Gary was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Everyone I’ve had come from tmark has always resolved every plumbing issue I’ve ever had.
Main sewer line was clogged. Started out with roto rooter and it was a terrible experience. They were 4 hours late outside of the window, showing up after 9 pm. Couldn't fix the problem and said they would be back at 9:00 a.m. the next morning with a water jet. Cost would be anywhere from 1,000 to 1,300. 9 am rolls…

Gary and Ben from T-Mark Plumbing were exceptional! They replaced and sealed an old cast iron pipe fitting and used a jet to clear a blockage. When we found an additional leak after the first job, the team didn't hesitate to come back and fix it immediately. Most importantly, they educated me on the entire process,…
Quick and hassle free repair of a gas line in my home.
Great communication from the company. Service was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Completely quickly.
Don, the experienced plumber assigned to our job by T-Mark, did an excellent job. BUT T-Mark could not supply us with an itemized breakdown of the actual job cost. The on-site "ballpark" cost was quoted at $300. The final completed job was 45.5% more than the quote, and we were not informed of the increase until the…

I’m a repeat customer. Consistently excellent customer service, and follow up. Plumbers explain problems and solutions, and ask you to check their work before wrapping up. They review warrantees before leaving as well. Sub pump replacement was insanely quick!

I needed a leaky pipe fixed within twenty for hours. T-Mark was the only plumber I could find that could respond that quickly. Kole was professional, prompt, patient, and informative. He fixed the problem quickly.
Derek arrived on time. He was pleasant and “listened” to what I had done and he told me what he would do to try to correct it. He gave me a heads up on the cost which was fair. Plumbers are a necessity and I appreciate how quickly we were responded to and how quick to get an appointment (next day). T-Mark…

Nick was kind, professional, informative, and helpful.
Gary was great! Called before coming to give an ample heads up before they arrived. Fixed the problem quickly and was awesome!
Exceptional service!! These guys came out early in a blizzard and kept my appointment. Not only did they show up and snake my drain pipe in my basement where I had water coming up, but they did it with a great, friendly attitude. It was during a blizzard the day before Christmas Eve. Complete white out conditions.…

Alec and Murph provided exceptional service from the moment they started the job to the end. Awesome, on time professional,
The problem in the old radiator (1930s) was found and fixed quickly. The radiator now puts out heat which it has not for a few years.
Technician was not confident about diagnosing the problem. Seemed inexperienced. Told him about weird burning smell around furnace area and in living room around the vent. He replaced gas pipe but issue is still there. Service was provided on Feb 17. Saima Shaikh
There was a leak in the wall of a building being renovated and Craig Moeller showed up at 9:00AM, cut the wall open, removed the cracked cast iron pipe and replaced it with plastic pipe down to the basement.
