Exceptional service: fast, friendly, and honest.
Friendly, fast, high quality service!! We’ve been going to TP Auto for about a year and they will be our go to place from now on.
Mr.Fong helped me with a transmission rebuild . He walked me through and gave me a tour as well. I’d highly recommend this place. Good hospitality.
Very friendly staff! Quick efficient service, too.
Great customer service. Fast.
Phong was honest and I got my work done in two days. The price was fantastic. I had called all over San Diego checking on prices for a rebuilt transmission and he was by far the cheapest in the whole area by about $1800. Plus, they warranty it for one year. I asked him to check for anything else and they didn’t add…
I can’t stop talking about TP Auto—and for good reason. I tell everyone I know to go there, and I genuinely won’t take my car anywhere else. I don’t know much about cars, but they always pinpoint exactly what’s wrong and explain everything clearly. TP Auto is reliable, honest, affordable, and always has a quick…
I honestly love this place, I have taken my car here several times and always been thrilled with the repairs and service. They are thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, but still willing and able to explain car stuff to a layperson. They are also competitively priced for the location and nice to chat to when…
My family has been using Phong since I was a child and has become a trusted family friend and mechanic. TP auto is the most reliable, straightforward, and all encompassing auto service in all of San Diego. I cannot recommend him more!
Very professional!!! Very quick!!! Definitely coming back!
My experience was a very favorable one. The team is knowledgeable and provides very prompt service. They are thorough and very friendly. It was a great experience. I will return should other car issues appear.
T P Auto Repair was the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. The customer service was outstanding, they’re super friendly, and really take the time to explain what services you may need. I’ll only be taking my car here as long as I live in San Diego.
This business is very professional. They treat customers with respect, explain the car issues very clear and price are GREAT!
I love this place!
Honest, fair, and reliable work here at TP.
Phoung was great about communicating issue with my vehicle. Showed attention to detail and was honest about repairs. Will be taking my cars there for all car repair needs.
Friendly, but complete professional service at a good price. Also, they constantly keep you updated on the progress of repair. They also do smog tests.
Love TP! They are honest, reliable, friendly and won’t waste your time or money! What more could you want from your mechanic! Would, and do, recommend them to family and friends!!
