I honestly cannot say enough good things about John from T-Rex Pest Control! He provided absolutely outstanding service and went above and beyond anything I would have expected from a pest control company. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, what I could expect moving forward, and reassured me that I could always reach out if I ever had questions, needed help, or noticed anything in the future.
I had actually just switched from another pest control company, so I was a little nervous about what to expect, but John completely exceeded my expectations and made me feel so much better about my decision to go with T-Rex. His attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, and overall customer service were truly top-notch.
