I am a regular customer at Tactical Grooming. It is a true family business, and Krista ensures that you feel like part of the family when you come in. From the offering of a beverage while you wait to the great conversations, it is truly an environment that makes you feel good about being there! My haircut is…
We’ve been going to Krista at Tactical Grooming for the last few years and have been extremely satisfied! I bring in two cavemen every few months and walk out with my handsome husband and adorable son! She truly works magic! She gave my son his first haircut and has been our family barber ever since. We were nervous…
I've been going to Krista for over a year and she's fantastic. Communication before and after appointments are always prompt. She's always willing to work with you on your schedule. And, of course, the banter during the haircut is usually top-notch!
Krista’s skills are unparalleled! 50 yo here and I think she’s made me look 10 years younger. Beyond that, she has the best personality and makes me laugh. Try her you will not be disappointed!!!!
I just left my first appointment with Krista. After searching for a barber in this town for two years and paying $60+ for uneven, sometimes choppy cuts at other local shops, I came to this appointment with low expectations. I told Krista what I wanted. A simple, clean, neat, classic haircut, like Ronald Reagan.…
The best barbershop in Madison, Alabama. Always on time, always precise, and the customer service is outstanding. You will not find a better place for a beard trim or haircut in this area!
Krista is the best barber. Period. She does a fantastic job making me look my best even when I wasn't sure what cut I wanted. Her consistency and attention to detail is top tier. 1000% recommend.
Tactical Grooming is a great new Barbour shop in Madison. Easy to book an appointment and the location is great. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Love going here.
Great customer service. Best beard trim and straight razor shave in the county.
Karen was awesome. She was very personable and took the time to ensure that we were on the right track for what I was looking for. Not only did she cut my hair but she also did an awesome job on my facial hair. I have never had a beard that was this nicely groomed. It is safe to say that she will be the only one…
Top notch service!
Awesome experience! The barbershop had a cool, welcoming vibe and the staff was friendly and professional. Krista gave me one of the best cuts I’ve ever had—sharp, clean, and exactly what I wanted. And Randy gave me a shave smoother than a baby's butt 😁 Great atmosphere, great service. I’ll definitely be back!
Great service, Krista and crew are the best in the area. Shop is clean and classic.
Krista is a great hairstylist! Absolutely loved my first haircut and neck shave. She is extremely fast and worked it all with scissors. Glad to have found her! Had a misunderstanding with my son's appointment and Krista went above and beyond to make it right! Great customer service. I would definitely recommend Tactical Grooming!
Excellent experience. Recomended for fellows with bold head. Great shave.
First time customer. Went in for a beard shapeup. Krista was fantastic. I let her decide what was best and it came out great. No way I could do it myself at home... Go see her and you won't be disappointed... Thank you Krista, from your "Nutcracker"... 😉
Great atmosphere. Krista kills it every time!
Absolutely fantastic service at this barbershop! They also do a wonderful job with lining up and cleaning up beards. This will be my go to barber for the foreseeable future!
Julia was very friendly and very attentive to what I was asking for. She was fast and so so nice. She did a fantastic job and my hair and especially my beard. Very clean shop and Krista was very nice as well. Super experience.
I have issues with the normal hair cutter scene. Julia and her Co workers have always made me feel comfortable and they have always given me an awesome shearing. I absolutely enjoy making my next appointment and bang its imported straight into my calendar with 3 button taps. Will continue my shearings every 3 weeks. - SeaDragon
