UPDATE! We had the pleasure of getting Geronimo as our installer. Like most home improvement projects, there are usually surprises. ..and they usually mean more work. This one was no different, but he took it all in stride and worked long hours to get the job done on time with patience and perfection. Most…
I've been dreading having my 2 tubs replaced, one with a walk-in shower. Jeff and Jake made the experience very pleasant. The work is beautiful, and they were very professional, yet very friendly. I'm very pleased with the outcome.
James and Ben did exceptional work. They began the project ahead of schedule and worked until I kicked them out just before midnight the first day. They finished before noon on the second day. I love my new shower which replaced a jetted tub. They took away all the old material and cleaned up afterwards better than…
Michael (sales rep) and Frannie (office staff) are the only reason I’m giving any stars. They were great and if they weren’t as great as they were, the company it’s self would’ve gotten 0 stars. I voiced my concerns and didn’t even hear a peep out of them, so I will leave an honest review about my experience with…
Geronimo Duvan did a great job on our bathtub shower, he does very good work
Geronimo Duran was my installer for both my bathrooms. He went above and beyond letting me know when there was a problem we had to address. Telling me what he had to do. Gabe Warwick - Wyatt Garwick took the time and effort to help this little old lady a great job on doing these to bathroom’s.
James and Ben were terrific and very personable. Extremely fast and skilled. Please keep these craftsmen employed.

Looked good at first but after 24hrs the tub started to separate any a few days later I could stick my hand thru the gap. Installer came back a few weeks later to fix but just covered it up. He asked me to sign saying he was here then I guess left, I went to check on him and he was gone. He just used a lot of caulk,…
Bryce and Ben showed up right at 8 am. They did not hesitate to start working on my project. They put cloth tarps down on my floors and was very professional on every part of the job. An added star for the professional, knowledgeable contractors that came out and did our installation, but the rest is is not what we expected. We were told the wall would be one piece so we wouldn't have to worry about leaks, but it came in 3 pieces. That wouldn't be a huge deal since we ordered the tower caddys to…

We contracted on April 7, 2022 for our bathroom tub/shower to be replaced with a walk in shower. They told us it would take about 3 months before they could install because it would take that long to get the product. An installer came on July 20, 2022 to do the install, but after tearing out our tub/shower combo and…

Brett, saved company . His knowledge and craftsman knowledge was refreshing, precognizing and repairing/replacing previous installer mistakes. The lack of response issues is with the office and sales person. I felt that there could have been better communication on delays.
