Customers frequently praise the punctuality, detailed communication, and thorough cleanup provided by installation crews during bathroom and shower remodels. Sales representatives are often noted for explaining construction processes clearly and identifying cost-saving options. However, low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with poor communication, delayed project scheduling, and dissatisfaction with final results or pricing discrepancies relative to initial agreements.

I've been dreading having my 2 tubs replaced, one with a walk-in shower. Jeff and Jake made the experience very pleasant. The work is beautiful, and they were very professional, yet very friendly. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Jeff and Jake were the best. I have never seen so much attention to detail. I love ❤️ my new bathroom shower and new closet (old shower). If I ever decide to do the other bathroom they will be the one's I call. Thank you all so much.
UPDATE! We had the pleasure of getting Geronimo as our installer. Like most home improvement projects, there are usually surprises. ..and they usually mean more work. This one was no different, but he took it all in stride and worked long hours to get the job done on time with patience and perfection. Most impressive was the effort he put into keeping the area clean and minimizing noise. He went way above and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with how this turned out. From the initial meeting with Seth to our completed shower, we’ve been very happy with the whole experience!!

We learned about this company at the home show on Saturday and Seth met with us on Monday! He was very knowledgeable and excited to share about the walk in shower options with us and was so patient with us as we explored all our options. God bless him for putting up with us as we changed our minds multiple times. We appreciated his honesty and opinions about how to save money on our project and never felt pressured as we learned about the unique benefits of having a shower of this material. We were pleasantly surprised about the whole experience and can’t wait to get our project started!

They did a fantastic job on our new shower! James Wood and Ben Walter were kind, professional and focused on doing the best job possible. The shower is a 100% improvement on our previous shower and has been a boon for the entire family.
