Been going to the tanning studio since 2020 and I’m disappointed to see their prices continually rising. As well as their policies continuing to change. I had $30 in credit that I wasn’t allowed to use :( Will be making the drive down the valley to go to Silver Linings instead.

Super friendly workers, give helpful tips, Great Natural Spray colors, they do a great even spray job and will do my desired touch ups during session! I have loved their tanning beds too! The red light therapy works great, and it’s always nice to use the hydrobed to relax my muscles after my workouts!

Madeline, I am so sorry to read your review. We Love our clients and always aim to please, not disappoint. We had one small price increase 18 months ago after our remodel and expansion. I reviewed the tape and it appeared you said you were moving and wanted to cancel your membership? The policy is and always has been when you cancel your membership your credit is then gone. Your credit is reinstated when you unfreeze your membership. However yes, we are just this month no longer charging any member to freeze. You can freeze for no charge. Therefore no credit going forward. However if you have credit on your account we will honor it as long as you use it before August 1st.
