Profesional, thorough and great customer service
Hi Conrad, thank you for your review and having Jake help you with your home inspection in Marana.
I just had my Townhome expected by Tanque Home Inspection on 10/23/26. Starting with contracting them and emailing them. The next day I was contacted. Nic was very very helpful and getting me set up for a day and time to do the Inspection. Plus was very detailed about what I would need and the cost of each service and explaining the importance of each service for me to choose. Micheal came on expection day with an assistant. They were both very very courteous and very detailed in their expectation. Gave us a walk though and explaind everything. We didn't feel rushed and felt Micheal and his assistant were very present in listening to us and answered all our questions. Micheal even suggested that one of our paid added services probably wasn't necessary. I was refund the money back to my credit card that same day. The report was so worth the money as it gave us the peace of mind what the negatives we would need to repair and understand that why in the repairs were not in the best working order. Money worth spent. Yes I would definitely recommend Tanque Home Inspections of Tucson as your go to Inspection Co Thank You Micheal, Your Assistant and office staff. Awesone team you have there!!!!!
