Andy was friendly, personable and professional. He text me to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. He explained what the problem with my electrical was and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price.

Great techs, responsive admin staff, the communication prior to starting was spot on.

Work was to find the cause of an entire circuit in my living room that was inoperable but the breaker had not tripped. Technician found the problem (outlet with loose hot wire) and repaired it and replaced all the other old outlets on that circuit. Done in under an hour. Very professional.

I had the kindest repairman who showed up on time and was not only very nice and professional, he explained what he was doing and the issues going on. I will be using Tapps Electric again, if needed!

This company is great! From my first phone call, estimate to service completed. Tapps will be our go to for future electric work. We had power run from house to shop 80 feet away and we couldn’t be happier with the work, professionalism and accuracy.

Excellent professional service. Corrected a few electrical wiring issues from the past that could have been serious safety issues. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Cleaned up after himself and definitely improved our place.
