Taste is a good Chinese restaurant serving many authentic dishes. The quality of the dishes vary; some are excellent while others are so-so. The fuqifeipian is excellent; the cumin lamb was ok - the meat could have been better quality. I like the food enough that I'll go back and try more dishes.
We’ve only ever gotten takeout, but the first time we ordered, we ended up ordering 2 more nights that same week! SO good. We always get the cumin lamb, mapo tofu, scallion pancakes, wontons in chili oil, and the sesame balls. YUM!
Ordered online and my food was ready so fast. By the time I left home it was ready. Wasn’t feeling too hot so that helped nothing having to wait. I got the wonton soup and it did its work! Very tasty.

Very nice service and delicious food 😋
Tried Taste for the first time. The overall visit was okay. They use numbing sauce for almost everything, even for basic dishes like green beans and kung pao. It was very hard to consume as the spice was extremely strong, pungent. We had to return the dish. They gladly made a new one. But it is important for the servers to mention it when customers order, so there is no issue as such after. The steamed veg dim sums of 6pcs was extremely small in size. Almost enough for a 5 year old to consume by themselves within minutes. Overall, Service is great. Don’t expect fancy ambiance. Small place but they dish out food very quickly. Food was not hot. We received it warm. Overall an okay experience. Quite expensive compared to all other Chinese restaurants. Ordered 3 basic veg dishes and spent $100. Will not return.
