Taylor Home Improvement renovated my entire building in Westfield. Project was ran and managed by Randy and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the vaulted ceiling touches to the full exterior, we love every bit of it. My ceiling and front doors are off consistent discussion from those in and out of my building.

Taylor Home Improvement did a fantastic job on our residential roof. Professional work and well priced.

Randy was great on the management front and Nick was great when it came scheduling. Sal and his on-site crew were fast and did a great job. Corrine was always prompt and courteous with regard to billing questions and payments. Will definitely use THI again in the future.

They replaced my roof including 36 sheets of sheathing in 6 hours flat, and did a beautiful job. They went to great lengths to protect our property, and cleaned up thoroughly. I couldn't be more satisfied, from Randy, our sales rep, and Sal, the contractor, to owner Steve Taylor, who dropped by to check the work.

THI is extremely professional and the quality of work is outstanding. I've used them 3 times -most recently after our house burned down - and every time the work has been completed quickly and is beautiful after completion. Adam is very thoughtful and helpful. I would use them again absolutely.

Steve Taylor was a pleasure to work with. The process from beginning to end could not have gone any better. Very honest company and you can trust their dependability and value. Sals team who tore off the old shingles and put down new shingles were professional and fast.

I just had a new roof installed and couldn’t be happier!! Excellent work from start to finish! I worked with Tony Owens, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Kept me informed from the very beginning and no pressure. Will definitely be calling Tony again for my next project.

Taylor Home Improvement did a good job installing our new roof, vents, and gutters! The roof / vent work was done very quickly. The gutter and gable work took a little longer, but there were a lot of rainy days that delayed work. Overall, it was a great experience.

Taylor put on a GAF roofing system with a lifetime warranty. They were professional, quick, and efficient. They showed up with 10 men and knocked out the roof including clean up in in what amounted to one long day. Price wise they were equal with others but the quality of materials was superior. Very happy, would recommend highly!

Taylor Home Improvement replaced my hail damaged roof and guttering and I'm very pleased. They worked with my insurance company's estimate and there were no surprises. They were fast, professional and also handled the repair of my window screens. I highly recommend them.

Tony Owens was our contact and was very responsive to our questions, calls and texts as we were waiting on materials and scheduling of the work. Carlos and his crew did excellent work and cleanup during and after the project was completed. We are very satisfied with the service from Taylor Home Improvement and would recommend them for other roofing jobs!
