Taylor Home Improvement renovated my entire building in Westfield. Project was ran and managed by Randy and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the vaulted ceiling touches to the full exterior, we love every bit of it. My ceiling and front doors are off consistent discussion from those in and out of my building.

I’m a repeat client and Taylor did a fabulous job on our gutter project. The team worked hard and the outcome is beautiful. I really enjoyed the process from start to finish. It means a lot to trust a company with your home project.

Taylor Home Improvement did a fantastic job on our residential roof. Professional work and well priced.
Had a terrible experience w/ Taylor Home Improvement. They replaced our roof in 2021 and we have had 3 roof leaks, a bathroom vent issue and a collapsed area of the roof since. They partially fixed the roof leaks/damage and wanted to file a shingle manufacturer warranty claim on the collapsed area of the roof. After 3 months of minimal contact, taking a roof sample and sending it to the manufacturer without labeling it (manufacturer called me asking about sending in one of our roof shingles and was shocked when I told them that it was collected over a month before) and not returning phone calls we went with a different company to fix our roof issues. It was determined that the roof shingles were installed on a 2x2 piece of decking which is why it failed and collapsed and the moisture issue in our bathroom was caused from the bathroom roof vent being installed upside down. Would give zero stars if possible and their customer service and communication was disappointing.

I only get a response when I seem to leave a 1 star review- I have been waiting over 2 months to get an answer on when my work would be completed. Please let me know- I paid for half of the work already

we didn't have any repairs made to our home, but had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. we were parked in an old church parking lot next to Taylor Home Improvement, and me and my sister had to pee. Abbi let us in to use the bathroom, and let us stay inside so that we didn't have to sit in 100° weather. my mom said if we ever need any repairs made to the house, we are going to them. thank you so much Abbi, and everybody else with Taylor Home Improvement!

We initially had a communication breakdown that caused a time-sensitive quote to arrive too late for our inspection deadline. However, the co-owner personally reached out afterward to sincerely apologize and make things right. I appreciate their accountability, believe this was just an isolated incident, and am absolutely willing to give this otherwise local family-owned company another shot.

Adam and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with devising a plan for our bath renovation. Looking forward to working with Taylor very soon. In the past 1-2 years they also completed a beautiful renovation at my neighbors house *To date highest selling property in neighborhood*

The Taylor Home team are professional, prompt, and helpful. Randy came to my home to provide an estimate to repair a water ingress issue noted when I was attempting to sell the home. He evaluated the situation and drew up a plan to resolve it.
The cost was reasonable. I appreciated his insights.
