Taylored Systems delivered an exceptional experience during the build‑out of the new Kittle’s Furniture in Noblesville. Their team handled all of our network cabling, camera installation, access control, and access point setup with a level of professionalism and precision that truly stood out.
From the first walkthrough to final commissioning, their technicians were organized, communicative, and clearly invested in getting every detail right.
It’s rare to find a partner who is both technically strong and genuinely easy to work with, but Taylored Systems delivered on both fronts. Their expertise helped us open the new store with confidence, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

We switched our phone system and our entire IT network that we have been on for 10+ years. They made the entire process so smooth and easy- I think everyone should utilize Taylored for their IT needs. Michelle was our awesome sales contact. Mike took care of our phones and was terrific with training. David has gone above and beyond to ensure every question was answered, that we really understood each part of the process and the changes we were making, and he has even taken care of other IT items from our previous provider!!
PS - their customer service makes you feel seen and heard- even if you are a smaller office. Their attention and making sure we were seen and heard made the decision so easy.

When I have a question or need help with our business phones, or the Wi-Fi, my first call is to Michelle Schwomeyer at Taylored Systems. If she doesn't have the answer, she will find it out and will always call me back. She's great to work with.
A call to Michelle was placed on Monday regarding issues with our Wi-Fi, she submitted the ticket and Keith Stambaugh from Taylored Systems immediately called me to discuss the issue. Keith monitored what was happening and came by on Tuesday and was able to fix the issue for us. Great employees who I appreciate very much.

Several months ago we had Taylored Systems install a phone system in our small office. They did a fantastic job from start to finish.
1 - Great up front communication and time line to quote.
2 - Followed up but wasn't pushy. Once approved they were on the job quickly.
3 - Good explanation and education on the installation and the use of the system.
4 - They even handled all the phone messaging and software set up!
5 - They continue to reach out monthly to ensure we are not having any issues or have any questions. I truly believe that if we had any issues, they would be as quick to fix them as they were to sell it.
I you need confirmation they are a good company to use, feel free to use this as an A+ score card!

The Elwood Chamber of Commerce is a small office of two but Taylored Systems has always given us their unlimited attention. When installing a newer system became a necessity they were right there with us quickly resolving any minor issues. They also took care of securing a more reasonable internet provider for the office. Their work is above and beyond what was expected.
