The communication was excellent from appointment details and arrival time to problem solving and repair options!
Issouf was pleasant, professional and courteous. Informed me of what he was going to do. Being it was a Saturday afternoon, part shops were not open and he was unable to complete the repair. However the problem was more isolated than before. His return has been scheduled.
