I was a loyal customer for 7 years, but in the last year they incorrectly charged my account two months early, wouldn't refund it, and have had the worst customer service. When I called to cancel, they informed me that even though I paid for 3 months of service - I would not be receiving the remainder of what I paid…
Very satisfied customer! Always very polite and helpful.

I have had an ongoing issue for weeks that has not been resolved . I have been a loyal paying client for years and I am disappointed at how my issue has been handled (OR NOT handled)
I scheduled to have an inspection done . Someone by the name of William came to my home . He didn’t even come to the door or introduce himself . He didn’t even do a complete inspection as he did not go in the attic . Yet, he emailed me “his findings.” No one has followed up with me since then . I will be canceling my services and plan go with a local company ! I am highly disappointed!

Worst customer service and experience ever. 4 no call no shows, i have tried calling 4 times to speak to a manager. they could not speak to me. No one called me back. I have tried the messaging system, and chat system. No one has called me back. I just need to talk to a manager, because the technician never showed up or called, i need to be home for the inspection as my yard is fenced. I will not separate the appointment for inside and outside inspection. Why would i take off 2 days of work for an inspection that could be done in one day. The technicians text from a number you can not call back, to state they will be coming on a day that us not even scheduled. We just want communication. I have spent over $6000.00 on setting up terminix and renewals for 3 years. This is completely ridiculous! I do not recommend them, and i cannot afford to start with another termite company. I am very frustrated and sad! I guess i will be driving to the local office and demand real service!
