Competent, professional.
Frederick is very knowledgeable technician. He spent time explaining the Services and Benifits. I really appreciated the extra time and care that Mr. Frederick spent with me in my home. Looking forward to visiting with him in the future.
I have had an ongoing issue for weeks that has not been resolved . I have been a loyal paying client for years and I am disappointed at how my issue has been handled (OR NOT handled) I scheduled to have an inspection done . Someone by the name of William came to my home . He didn’t even come to the door or…
Nothing but a great experience with Kyle as our tech. Explains everything he’s doing and why. Always super polite and respectful. Def recommend!
My tech does a great job each visit. Very professional and friendly
I understand circumstances happen, but yesterday the inspector never showed up. I was only told after the time frame. I was patient and told them to come the next day if everything is properly handled. Now it’s past the scheduled time and when I called they could not give me a time frame. Now I’m not sure if they…

Christopher is exceptional at his job, with a pleasant demeanor! We are very pleased with his service, highly recommend.
I was a loyal customer for 7 years, but in the last year they incorrectly charged my account two months early, wouldn't refund it, and have had the worst customer service. When I called to cancel, they informed me that even though I paid for 3 months of service - I would not be receiving the remainder of what I paid…
The service man was polite and thorough
The guy that came out was great. He is the same guy that’s been coming for a while now and I couldn’t be happier with his work. His communication and how he explains his work is great. He keeps us taken care of. He is a 6 star employee. This review should have him set for a month because that’s how great his work is!
All of the service people have been nice, personable, and competent!
Technician was amazing on time and the communication was great
Darrell is my service technician. He is always on time, respectful, and pleasant. After going through the call center twice for an appointment without results, I called Darrell. He got on the issue and set me up for what I needed!! My rating is for him, not Terminix in general.
Chris Phillips is my technician and he is the BEST!! Always on time, knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with!!
Justin Wright is an Excellent Technician!!! He listens to all of our concerns & is very Kind to his customers!!!
Ronnie is a great technician. He was friendly and explained the benefits of trap baits . He also explained what the next process will be.
