I understand circumstances happen, but yesterday the inspector never showed up. I was only told after the time frame. I was patient and told them to come the next day if everything is properly handled. Now it’s past the scheduled time and when I called they could not give me a time frame. Now I’m not sure if they… Read full review

I was a loyal customer for 7 years, but in the last year they incorrectly charged my account two months early, wouldn't refund it, and have had the worst customer service. When I called to cancel, they informed me that even though I paid for 3 months of service - I would not be receiving the remainder of what I paid… Read full review
