My husband and I just bought our new house and just moved to the area and we’re unaware of all the pests down here! Terminix came and did an inspection and gave us all the information we needed. All of the people who came and helped were so nice and explained everything they were doing. The price was great and they…
Our technician was professional and knowledgeable. Very glad we useTerminex for needs.
Very rare to see any type of bug in my home. The outside preventative pest spraying seems to work great. My technician Carl Fort is always professional and friendly.
We use them routinely and have for several years.
We have been life long customers of Terminix for 30 plus years and never disappointed
very professional/ helpful
I value their expertise, their technicians and their service. I have been a customer for so many years and I have never had to complain. They do their job and do it right, even above the call of duty, so to say.
The tech calls a day or two prior to the visit. Terminix keeps my environment pest-free. Also, they provide suggestions for other services and inspections if warranted/requested.
The service was good technician was good. Very good job.
Philip is the best technician we have ever experienced, and we have had quite a few in our 24 years with Terminix.
Technician was very courteous and professional. Did a great job.
Contractor found active termites. After being told by scheduler that it would take 5 days to get someone to inspect and treat (thus delaying renovations) I asked to have a manager contact me. He called the next day and had a technician out the next day. The technician was excellent and came back the next day to…
He was very professional and very kind

Way better than Orkin and cheaper up to date technology helped a goober like me understand everything.
The cost is high for both pest and termite control. We are over 20 year long customers and would like to see discounts for us. I like the damage replacement coverage! The customer service, communication is great. The technicians are super nice and professional. Best of all no bugs or termites in our home!!!
I have been charged for services that weren't requested nor rendered. The prices I was given when I initially setup the service are no where near what I've been over charged. So far every person I've spoken with have out right lied. Tried canceling the service altogether and each time they just hang up the phone.…
Justin had a friendly and professional attitude. He did a great job explaining everything. He did a great job putting the baits in. Everyone at Terminix, that I have come in contact has been friendly and professional.

They never treated inside where the termites already where. They came out multiple times to spot treat but never fixed the problem. Now 1 year and 14 days later I have…
