Terminex came by to do my annual termite inspection today and I had the absolute pleasure of having Stephen Miller as my technician. I have used Terminix for Pest and Termite Control for over30 years and have always been satisfied with the service.
I was very satisfied with the service technician. He was very courteous and performed a thorough inspection. 9 of the 30 bait traps around our home needed to be replaced.
I have received 5 star service for YEARS! Top class professionalism, always on time, explanations, and courtesy. Justin Wright is a terrific representative and an asset to Terminix!
Excellent and professional work.
My details were submitted directly to Terminix regarding the lack of follow-up, reasonable time of response, and resolution of issues/concerns. Only upon threatening of service termination was I heard fully
They were great.
Great Service!
The inspector was friendly and communicative The notice that an inspection would take place was received AFTER 6:30PM the day before the inspection. I was notified the inspector was on his way at 5:45 PM (so I was there the whole day). After completing the visual I was informed that the outside traps would have to…
Tech was very polite and well mannered.
Terminix does our termite inspection and installs those treatments inground so we will never have termites. They also spray and take care of interior and exterior of our home. They are very professional and on time every time. Thanks Carole Armstrong
Great service. My local Terminex technician is great!
Obatiye did an excellent job servicing my home today. Everything was handled thoroughly and with great care. He was prompt, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.

It was a pleasure to have Damarcus doing services at my home. He shared a lot of great information about termite protection and was patient, friendly, and warm. He represents the business very well.
Terminix has consistently provided us with good, prompt, thorough service and professional, courteous field representatives. They cover us in our home as well as our yard.
I have the quarterly pest treatment, the annual termite inspection and the bait trap inspection. Haven't had any issues for years. They always let you know when they are coming in advance to inspect or treat so if you need to reschedule you can.
Excellent servixe! Our Technician, Tony is the best, always let’s us know when he’s coming. Always courteous, professional and nice.
My husband and I just bought our new house and just moved to the area and we’re unaware of all the pests down here! Terminix came and did an inspection and gave us all the information we needed. The tech notified me of arrival time, and it was close. The report afterwards was clear.
Mr. Carl is amazing as always. Kind and professional every single time. I appreciate that so much. You just don't meet people like that too often anymore.
Great service
We use them routinely and have for several years.
Great service, good value, friendly staff.
I value their expertise, their technicians and their service. I have been a customer for so many years and I have never had to complain. They do their job and do it right, even above the call of duty, so to say.
I was extremely impressed that Terminex retreated my home at no charge. I know it was to the company’s benefit, but it was a great benefit for me too. I have been a Terminex customer since 2009.
When we need them, they come.
Mr Perry is a great person to work with. He is very concerning. He notifies me when he is coming and ask me if I have any concerns. He tells me the results when he is finished. He is a value to your company.
Great value. Excellent, timely service. Great technicians especially Carl and Chris.
I have never had any problems with Terminix. They are very professional and very friendly. They call or text a day or so before they come out and they call or text to let you know that they are on their way to you and about how long it may take them to get to your house.

He was very professional and very kind
Love it
Technician Ernest Trinity inspected the inside of our home more thoroughly than it has ever been inspected by any other Terminix employee. He even checked all three attic spaces and found a water leak in our roof that needs to be repaired. He is a great credit to your company.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Came same day I called for service.
Cary did a very thorough termite inspection, despite it being very hot inside the attic and outside the house. The inspection report was also extremely detailed and was well beyond what I expected.
Very professional, on time, respectful of my property. Would definitely recommend their services
Very professional. Communicated well.
Team was very professional. They called ahead of time to see if they could come early. They did a thorough indoor and outdoor inspection, made sure I understood the work scope for the new termite bait stations and got my approval before they drilled in the driveway. Justin and company were very professional and let me know when they were done.
Your service technician, Carl Fort, is kind, thoughtful, and thorough. He always lets me know what he’s done and if I have any issues. I keep your service because of him! Thanks, Carl!
Jeremy is an excellent Terminex Inspector. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work checking for termites. I am most grateful to him for his superb work.
Very informative, prompt and courteous.
Professional, thorough, efficient, timely…
The Baton Rouge location has the worst customer service. You must call through a call center. Multiple times over the years you have not shown up for appointments, and you do not return phone calls. I will no longer use this business because of this.
Each service provider contacted me prior to their arrival. I was also notified of who the individual was and what service they were providing. They were all courteous and professional.
Both of the exterminators I've worked with since signing up with Terminix have been very helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. I also appreciated a call I got after the first visit when I expressed concerns about the cost of regular treatments. The man who called me agreed to give me a lower cost on future treatments…
Way better than Orkin and cheaper up to date technology helped a goober like me understand everything.
Our termite inspection was very thorough. I really enjoyed talking to the young man who came out to inspect our home. He showed me pictures that helped me understand the importance of keeping scrap wood away from our house. He also showed me which trees and shrubs needed to be trimmed. WHen he saw my interest, he…
Very professional.
The cost is high for both pest and termite control. We are over 20 year long customers and would like to see discounts for us. I like the damage replacement coverage! The customer service, communication is great. The technicians are super nice and professional. Best of all no bugs or termites in our home!!!
The tech was polite and very professional. My disagreement was the amateurish way the appointment was handled: I'd get texts from the tech as to when he was coming by. When I asked for a different time, I'd never get any kind of confirmation from him or the home office. Then several days ago, the tech shows up…
I was misinformed about the original price the quarterly would be and payed more than i was told it was going to be, then the second time they came they told me they would lower my price so i wouldnt leave, and i was charged for a service i never received, ive been trying to get the money back from them or even get…
Good company. Been around a long time.
