Frederick was punctual and polite. He checked and sprayed all necessary areas and even double checked to make sure I was satisfied with my service.

Technician, James Stofira, was accommodating to my complex schedule, professional, prompt, and polite.

All of the service people have been nice, personable, and competent!

I received my billing statement today and on the billing statement it says: UNAPPLIED PAYMENT, the check number, and amount. My payments are mailed via certified mail and I have proof the check cleared the bank.. APPLY MY PAYMENTS TO MY BILL!!!!!!!!

The workers did not complete the job the correct way. I have used Terminix for Pest and Termite Control for over30 years and have always been satisfied with the service.

I was very satisfied with the service technician. He was very courteous and performed a thorough inspection. 9 of the 30 bait traps around our home needed to be replaced.

Terminix does our termite inspection and installs those treatments inground so we will never have termites. They also spray and take care of interior and exterior of our home. They are very professional and on time every time. Thanks Carole Armstrong

Terminix has consistently provided us with good, prompt, thorough service and professional, courteous field representatives. They cover us in our home as well as our yard.

I have the quarterly pest treatment, the annual termite inspection and the bait trap inspection. Haven't had any issues for years.They always let you know when they are coming in advance to inspect or treat so if you need to reschedule you can.
