I have received 5 star service for YEARS! Top class professionalism, always on time, explanations, and courtesy. Justin Wright is a terrific representative and an asset to Terminix!

Excellent and professional work.

My details were submitted directly to Terminix regarding the lack of follow-up, reasonable time of response, and resolution of issues/concerns. Only upon threatening of service termination was I heard fully

Great service

We use them routinely and have for several years.

Great service, good value, friendly staff.

I value their expertise, their technicians and their service. I have been a customer for so many years and I have never had to complain. They do their job and do it right, even above the call of duty, so to say.

I was extremely impressed that Terminex retreated my home at no charge. I know it was to the company’s benefit, but it was a great benefit for me too. I have been a Terminex customer since 2009.

When we need them, they come.

Mr Perry is a great person to work with. He is very concerning. He notifies me when he is coming and ask me if I have any concerns. He tells me the results when he is finished. He is a value to your company.

Great value. Excellent, timely service. Great technicians especially Carl and Chris.

Technician Ernest Trinity inspected the inside of our home more thoroughly than it has ever been inspected by any other Terminix employee. He even checked all three attic spaces and found a water leak in our roof that needs to be repaired. He is a great credit to your company.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Came same day I called for service.

Cary did a very thorough termite inspection, despite it being very hot inside the attic and outside the house. The inspection report was also extremely detailed and was well beyond what I expected.
