Dave always does such a great job. He came out extra to check on our attic space and was very thorough. He always calls the day before to ensure the time works for us which I greatly appreciate.

The techs are always friendly and give lots of notice of when they are coming to perform a service. Frank always does a great job for us.

DID A GREAT JOB ON CRAWL SPACE AND TOLD ME ABOUT A PROBLEM I NEED TO GET FIXED THAT THEY DO NOT DO. GOT IT FIXED. ALSO THEY SPRAYED FOR BUGS AND DID GREAT JOB. HAVE NOT SEEN BUGS SINCE SPRAY.

Andrew is fantastic. He called days before letting me know he was coming and if I had any target areas or concerns. I texted him back with my target areas. He responded back within minutes. Then after the service, his update included my target areas. I appreciate the service they do. I would highly recommend him.

Service was great-- the tech was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Hope the treatment works but won't know for a week or so.

Keenan has come to our house regularly and knows our problem areas. It is great having a connection with the person helping you care for your home.

He was awesome! So very polite and understanding when I had to reschedule even last minute. Also, we do t have an issue with wasps, ants or hornets anymore and the last company couldn't even get rid of them!

Dustin is great! Dustin is AWESOME! I have to reschedule alot sometimes just due to pain. I am disabled. He is great at answering questions! And he has made friends with my service dog.

Our service technician David Foster does a thorough job treating our property. David Foster came recommended by a dear friend 10 years ago and we've been very pleased with the level of service that he provides. If Corporate continues to try to move our account to another technician then we will most definitely cancel our service with Terminix.

Tracy is very accommodating to our schedule and time needs. She is very professional and trustworthy. We walked around the yard and she was very clear in what treatment she could and couldn't offer as to our garden pests. Tracy, our very capable representative of Terminix in The Meadows north of Noblesville, really knows the business. She has done an exceptional job of working on clearing the ants and spiders and whatever other bugs there were. You can count on Terminix to keep your home in tip-top shape. James is a competent pleasant and reliable technician who has done the pest control on my property several times. I'd like to keep him as my tech in the future too.

Tracy is so thorough. She communicates with us any issues or problems. She is professional and knowledgeable. We appreciate her expertise and her friendliness. She just treated our entire outside for ant infestation. We would recommend Tracy to anyone who needs to use Terminex services.

Terminix does a great job protecting our home from pests.

Termites done some damage to my home, and I needed to make sure they are eliminated before i do any repairs, so I called the best in pest control. They done an awesome job putting my crawl space the way it should have been 25 years ago.

I really can't remember everything it was taking care of, but my biggest worries at the time we're all taken care of.

Your company has been serving our homes for many years and the service has always been exceptional!

Terminix does routine inspection and spraying for various pests in my area. I had horrible numbers of camelback crickets before Terminix began routinely spraying the perimeter of my home. Hardly ever see one now. No ants, no spiders. Serviceman is great, very professional.

It’s good to feel secure and feel rid of bugs in my home!

Rescheduled appointments without any notice - waited all morning for a technician to come out, called the office, representative had no idea why it was moved, rescheduled again, same thing happened a week later. Terminated service same day.

They are the best!

Javon was polite, quick and helpful! I appreciate him making the trip out to the house after the mini snowstorm we had.

Signed a deal for Annual services and then they started to bill me for quarterly service. They could never get rid of the ants and spider. They claim the summer was too hot but I was still paying. This is dishonest also to show up when I am not home in the winter and still charge me when I had an annual contract.

I signed up for three payments pay the first payment by checking was told that the next two payments would be billed to me. But instead I was put on automatic payment and they pulled it out of my checking without my authorization. That is illegal without me OK it so I will not be using this Terminix again

This was the qrtly. treatment. He cleaned the spider webs off and sprayed for ants and spiders. Did a good job 👏.

Free from all pest not yetm

The technician was very thorough explation of what he was going to do. Our primary concern were the spiders and the way we understood his explanation what he sprayed would take care of the problem immediately and it has now been a week and we are still seeing spiders and new webs, so we are not vert satisfied with the product.

We had an issue of wasps getting into the house near the chimney/fireplace. Terminix took care of the issue. Quick thorough service that has started to provide a solution.

I absolutely love my service technician, Tracy Landrom. Only reason the issues we've had in the past have been resolved have been because of Tracy. She is reliable, dependable, thorough, and always willing to make sure I'm completely satisfied.

Terminix is very good to deal with and communicate everything before hand and afterward.
