Andrew, our tech, made the extra effort to get there the day of an ant infestation in our kitchen with a large party we were hosting looming the next day. His customer oriented mindset ensured that Terminix kept me as a customer.

DID A GREAT JOB ON CRAWL SPACE AND TOLD ME ABOUT A PROBLEM I NEED TO GET FIXED THAT THEY DO NOT DO. GOT IT FIXED. ALSO THEY SPRAYED FOR BUGS AND DID GREAT JOB. HAVE NOT SEEN BUGS SINCE SPRAY.

Our service tech, Keenan, is always on time, asks if there is anything inside I need taken care of and is extra careful to clean the front porch of spider webs. He is thorough and a very nice person.

Technician (Frank) reached out ahead of time and when he was on his way. Checked to ensure we didn’t have any additional concerns and summarized the service. Professional, polite, and helpful. Love that I usually get the same technician for consistency.

They called ahead to schedule and were friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. They arrived and explained what they were going to do and was thorough. We reviewed what needed to be done and got it quickly scheduled providing options. Very easy to work with, thorough, efficient. Would repeat.

Jake was very efficient and polite. We enjoyed meeting him. We feel confident that he did a good job on our new home.

Dustin is great! Dustin is AWESOME! I have to reschedule alot sometimes just due to pain. I am disabled. He is great at answering questions! And he has made friends with my service dog.

Jake was a very considerate, polite, and no pressure consultant. The price was reasonable especially for what they cover. Jim was out the next morning putting in the termite bate stations and spraying inside and out for insects. Jim was also very polite and considerate. I am very happy with Terminex and would highly recommend them.

Have quarterly service for pest control.

Past service men have done well and send plenty of photos of the key places treated outside, temp, cobwebs removed, wind speed, etc. The last visit all I received was a survey and my money taken out of my bank acct. Hmm? Was he even here? **I won’t be using their service again.

Termites done some damage to my home, and I needed to make sure they are eliminated before i do any repairs, so I called the best in pest control. They done an awesome job putting my crawl space the way it should have been 25 years ago.

Thorough and reliable service. Give you peace of mind that things are going to get taken care of and followed up on. Also let you know what's going on, why and what they will do.

I really can't remember everything it was taking care of, but my biggest worries at the time we're all taken care of.

Excellent on time service Great communication!

Terminix does routine inspection and spraying for various pests in my area. I had horrible numbers of camelback crickets before Terminix began routinely spraying the perimeter of my home. Hardly ever see one now. No ants, no spiders. Serviceman is great, very professional.

I have a horrible spider problem at my new house and Terminix cancelled and rescheduled my appointment three separate times without even asking me, called while I was at work saying they were at my house and then rescheduled me for a month out. Save yourself the headache and go to Orkin.
