The tech was very professional and polite.
1st and foremost I can't say enough about Matt and Keenan!! From the minute Matt got here as I was in full blown panic attack literally as my baby's legs were getting ate up and as Matt was on his way I spotted a cockroach in my baby's room where my oldest daughter had just stayed for a cpl days..I couldn't breathe…
Explained everything and did a great job
Matt was extremely helpful in explaining in detail all of my questions. He always sends a text indicating the date and approx time he will be coming. This proactive communication is valuable in our ability to plan for his arrival. Matt Griffith goes above and beyond to answer questions and make suggestions that are always helpful.

I called this company to schedule services twice. Both times the rep communicated and scheduled a time, both times the appointment was cancelled, and I never received any communications until I called them. Would not recommend.
They are honest. They call ahead and show up on time! Will knows his bugs!
Goof
I was charged after a follow up service 10 days after my inicial service when I was told I wouldn't be charged again until my quarterly check in.. they are acting like they can not or will.not refund my money. I am a single mom of 4 who is very careful with her money because I dont have extra. Who am I supposed to go to for this to be fixed?
Only done our first visit of a quarterly service so far, but terminix has been extremely professional and informative. Our technician is here every month and always takes time to see how things are going and answer questions and inquire regarding any concerns. They adhere to their schedules. They are on time, helpful, and friendly.
I really can't remember everything it was taking care of, but my biggest worries at the time we're all taken care of.

I love Terminix! Sean (The Tech) always comes and finds me each month to communicate if there are any issues he needs to know about. If we did have issues with anything, he is quick to take care of the issue. If we need them in between services throughout the month he is quick to come and see what the issue is and take care of it for us..
