From the minute Matt got here as I was in full blown panic attack literally as my baby's legs were getting ate up and as Matt was on his way I spotted a cockroach in my baby's room where my oldest daughter had just stayed for a cpl days..I couldn't breathe…

Matt did a great job explaining about the service he was going to do. He also gave good tips to help get rid of the fleas faster.
Matt was superior! Gave us notice he was coming, was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable having him taking care of our “pest” needs!

Jake was a very considerate, polite, and no pressure consultant. The price was reasonable especially for what they cover. Jim was out the next morning putting in the termite bate stations and spraying inside and out for insects. Jim was also very polite and considerate. I am very happy with Terminex and would highly recommend them.
Joseph is always punctual and pleasant to work with. He listens to my concerns takes the time to explain things to me and what I need to do to protect my pets from any possible hazards. He has made some amazing recommendations that have made the biggest difference we have seen yet in our journey with pest treatment.…

I called this company to schedule services twice. Both times the rep communicated and scheduled a time, both times the appointment was cancelled, and I never received any communications until I called them. Would not recommend.
Tracy was great and always is. She even went the extra mile and cleaned some spider webs outside of our house without us asking her to do it. Thanks Tracy!

Tech treated for ants but main problem was clover mites which he treated with same product. When I called 10 days later for a follow up treatment because still have lots of clover mites I was told Terminex can’t treat for them and I will need to call someone else for treatment. Really! I love Terminix! Sean (The Tech) always comes and finds me each month to communicate if there are any issues he needs to know about. If we did have issues with anything, he is quick to take care of the issue. If we need them in between services throughout the month he is quick to come and see what the issue is and take care of it for us..
