As always, when the exterminator is invisible, it’s a good sign!! We knew he was here and he went about doing his business and left. No bugs!
We've been using Terminix for well over a year for general pest control on a quarterly plan. We've had the same guy, Marsean, who comes out each quarter and in between if we need anything additional. I have been very pleased with Terminix service and Marsean is the best! I can text him any time and he responds…
DID A GREAT JOB ON CRAWL SPACE AND TOLD ME ABOUT A PROBLEM I NEED TO GET FIXED THAT THEY DO NOT DO. GOT IT FIXED. ALSO THEY SPRAYED FOR BUGS AND DID GREAT JOB. HAVE NOT SEEN BUGS SINCE SPRAY.

Dave does a phenomenal job with our pest prevention. He is the reason we use Terminix!
Explained everything and did a great job
Frank has been providing our quarterly general insect treatment for a few years. We used to get ants swarming our kitchen after the spring rains and that is why we signed up for the Terminix quarterly treatment 20 years ago. Each year the ant probably has been greatly reduced and the last few years we haven't seen…
Frank always does a great job; very polite & courteous.
Andrew is fantastic. He called days before letting me know he was coming and if I had any target areas or concerns. I texted him back with my target areas. He responded back within minutes. David is honest and kind!! He is a professional.
We have been using Terminix services for years, I'd tell you how many but we've been using them for so long I have no idea how many years. One of the reason I like our service is we have had the same person taking care of our residents this whole time. I realize this is unusual having the same person but we've…
Got a call wed from terminix, it was Marsean who has been taking care of our house all last year. He came today, called before he came so I could secure my dog inside. We've had several insect infestions, and his plan was recheck and check the exterior for other critters. We have yearly stinkbugs parties. He has…
Technician (Frank) reached out ahead of time and when he was on his way. Checked to ensure we didn’t have any additional concerns and summarized the service. Professional, polite, and helpful. Love that I usually get the same technician for consistency.

This proactive communication is valuable in our ability to plan for his arrival. Matt Griffith goes above and beyond to answer questions and make suggestions that are always helpful.
Matt does a through job
My home has a mice issue at this time. What l liked was that the same technician returned knew my problem previously had put things in place, followed up and educated me on the progress. Then updated the situation. I like that kind of service. To me that’s Professional Service.
Keenan is always thorough, helpful, and friendly!
My service representative (Marsean) always contacts me a day or two prior to my appointment! He checks to see if I have any specific needs or areas to address. He’s punctual and thorough with what he does. I appreciate everything.
Great service, arrived on time, texted ahead. We had an issue with ants when we first moved to this house and have had wasps build nests along the eaves. Also heard that termites were a problem in the area. We decided to go with the terminix quarterly general insect treatment and annual termite inspection. It took a…

Great communication from service provider! Informed us of every stage of the process.
Frank texted me five minutes before arrival and then arrived promptly. He introduced himself and asked if I had any specific instructions. He was friendly and efficient. I'd be happy for him to come again.
Kudos. We've had service well over ten years and inquired to initial bait traps and received a report identifying no issues and replaced all traps not found due to landscaping changes or damaged. ELI worked hard here today and grateful. Online dashboard is great for info, dates, service and bill payments.
Matt always addresses any problems we’re having. Never a problem!
Matt conducted his quarterly spray and inspection for spiders, mice, and other bugs around the outside perimeter of the house.
Matt is a good technician & communicates well.

Dustin is great! Dustin is AWESOME! I have to reschedule alot sometimes just due to pain. I am disabled. He is great at answering questions! And he has made friends with my service dog.
Jake was a very considerate, polite, and no pressure consultant. The price was reasonable especially for what they cover. Jim was out the next morning putting in the termite bate stations and spraying inside and out for insects. Jim was also very polite and considerate. I am very happy with Terminex and would highly recommend them.

My technician is so professional and communicated so well. Marsean is probably one of my favorites so far as I’ve been a customer since my last house.
Tracy, our very capable representative of Terminix in The Meadows north of Noblesville, really knows the business. She has done an exceptional job of working on clearing the ants and spiders and whatever other bugs there were. You can count on Terminix to keep your home in tip-top shape. No bugs equals no worries!
Tracey has been a blessing!

We’ve had this service for decades. Great service.
Provide an excellent service.
David did a great job! He contacted us before he came to the house. Told us what he was doing and going to do and when finished asked if we needed anything else. Great service.
Only because of my current technician, Dustin. He is very knowledgeable, has a high level of customer service and customer awareness, and has been able to tackle several problems that previous technicians couldn't figure out previous to him taking over treatment of my home. If he would change companies, I'd take my…
Outstanding service and I highly recommend Terminex. Tech John Wilkerson was awesome!
I had been trying to keep up with insects in and around the home. I would spray every other time after mowing and they were still prevalent. Literally after one treatment with Terminix, have not seen one cobweb and only the remains of other insects. The over the counter product I was purchasing just wasn’t…
Highly recommend this company.
Very busy company, who personal show professionalism in their work ethic as well as respect. Very knowledgeable.
Confusion in your web portal when attempting to change your physical address. Text message received that weren’t applicable to the changes being made to account. Pricing is not competitive for other services that you sell. Lack of speaking to a human when reaching out to customer service. Too much automation and…
Very satisfied with my service.
When I first enlisted their services, they inspected my home including basement and attic for pests. They noted I need more insulation in the attic and new garage door seals. I scheduled for both. They got it done soon afterwards. During the installation, they knocked down a wasp nest at a high point of my house I…
Very kind and thorough
James is a competent pleasant and reliable technician who has done the pest control on my property several times. I'd like to keep him as my tech in the future too.
Tracy our service representative is fantastic, she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are covered!
Terminix has been my provider for 18 years. They provide great professional service and have been most helpful with pest prevention. We appreciate all this company has to offer.
Thanks for excellent service with the mouse problem
The technician called me the day before he came and also after he finished to tell me what he found and what he did. My daughter who was home to let him in said he was very friendly and professional.
My family and I are very pleased with Terminex. We are longterm customers and are very pleased with service technition Derek, he's the best.

The inspector says one thing but the technician does a process according to situation
Great service. Very friendly and knowledgeable from the inspector to the technician. Made us feel better about the insect problem we was having and covered all other insects that we didn’t even think about.
Douglas did a great job explaining what the process was. He was kind, and swift.
Always fabulous service with Dave!
He cleared out all cobwebs, spider debris and searched for any new unexpected insect invaders. All is good once again.
Tracy was great and always is. She even went the extra mile and cleaned some spider webs outside of our house without us asking her to do it. Thanks Tracy!
My experience with this company has been flawless. Tracy is a very confident go getter, self starter, and has been AMAZING. She has been with the company for sometime now and it shows with her knowledge and direction. She deserves to be a director or something for the company. Sam, is so honest and personable, he…
They did not call before they came, so the backyard was not accessible to treat, yet we paid full price.
Timely informative affordable
The inspection and initial treatment went very well and the techs were very professional and expeditious.
Fast, professional and reliable service
Termites done some damage to my home, and I needed to make sure they are eliminated before i do any repairs, so I called the best in pest control. They done an awesome job putting my crawl space the way it should have been 25 years ago.
Thorough and reliable service. Give you peace of mind that things are going to get taken care of and followed up on. Also let you know what's going on, why and what they will do.
I really can't remember everything it was taking care of, but my biggest worries at the time we're all taken care of.
Your company has been serving our homes for many years and the service has always been exceptional!
Technician arrived on time (this matters a lot to me!), was friendly yet professional. Not sure how affective the treatment is since it's only been 9 days since our service visit..
We just bought a new home and when we moved in, we saw some disturbing things and didn't want to take any chances!! So I booked with terminix. They had a really good yearly deal and I found a coupon, Booked appt & they came the very next day!! My Technician, Alex was so very helpful and reassuring, he made me feel…
Terminix does routine inspection and spraying for various pests in my area. I had horrible numbers of camelback crickets before Terminix began routinely spraying the perimeter of my home. Hardly ever see one now. No ants, no spiders. Serviceman is great, very professional.
It’s good to feel secure and feel rid of bugs in my home!
Great service
The service technician was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns.
Excellent service! Our technician today, John Wilkerson, did an excellent job with our Pest Preventative service. Have always had top-notch service with Terminix. Highly recommend.
Good value for the money. No issues with the service. No problem with coming out to check in between visits. Communication is great receiving notifications prior to service.
Javon was polite, quick and helpful! I appreciate him making the trip out to the house after the mini snowstorm we had.
The onsite rep is always polite and informative
Signed a deal for Annual services and then they started to bill me for quarterly service. They could never get rid of the ants and spider. They claim the summer was too hot but I was still paying. This is dishonest also to show up when I am not home in the winter and still charge me when I had an annual contract.
The technicians communicate well and are very professional. Always nice to talk and willing explain what they're doing. They also send out friendly reminders right before service and document their work. Great company and staff!
Ivan and Sim were extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. They gave me a incredible price and fast service. Cody and his crew were awesome with there excellent work ethic, great attitude and friendly customer service. They did a great job in our attic with inspection, cleaning and installation. I highly…
