He was great. He explained what he was doing today and would be available to answer any questions.

Andrew our technician is outstanding. He works so hard. Did our outside inspections and helped us with a small rodent issue today. What a Great Company⭐️⭐️

Matt Griffith is the best!

Dave always does such a great job. He came out extra to check on our attic space and was very thorough. He always calls the day before to ensure the time works for us which I greatly appreciate.

James has been my technician for a while now. I like that consistency. I appreciate him very much. Communicates well with me. He's super courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. Terminix service allows me peace of mind I wish everyone could have.

DID A GREAT JOB ON CRAWL SPACE AND TOLD ME ABOUT A PROBLEM I NEED TO GET FIXED THAT THEY DO NOT DO. GOT IT FIXED. ALSO THEY SPRAYED FOR BUGS AND DID GREAT JOB. HAVE NOT SEEN BUGS SINCE SPRAY.

We used to get ants swarming our kitchen after the spring rains and that is why we signed up for the Terminix quarterly treatment 20 years ago. Frank always does a great job; very polite & courteous.

Andrew is fantastic. He called days before letting me know he was coming and if I had any target areas or concerns. I texted him back with my target areas. He responded back within minutes. Then after the service, his update included my target areas. I appreciate the service they do. I would highly recommend him.

Frank did a great job as always. Even offered some suggestions for better pest control.

Our tech, Andrew, is always efficient. He calls 3-4 days ahead to schedule and is always within the timeframe he committed to.

Very helpful recommendation on how to manage treatments with a pet. Gave advice on managing our mouse pest issue. Thanks for your service!

Technician (Frank) reached out ahead of time and when he was on his way. Checked to ensure we didn’t have any additional concerns and summarized the service. Professional, polite, and helpful. Love that I usually get the same technician for consistency.

They called ahead to schedule and were friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. They arrived and explained what they were going to do and was thorough. We reviewed what needed to be done and got it quickly scheduled providing options. Very easy to work with, thorough, efficient. Would repeat.

Jake was very efficient and polite. We enjoyed meeting him. We feel confident that he did a good job on our new home.

Keenan has come to our house regularly and knows our problem areas. It is great having a connection with the person helping you care for your home.

My home has a mice issue at this time. What l liked was that the same technician returned knew my problem previously had put things in place, followed up and educated me on the progress. Then updated the situation. I like that kind of service. To me that’s Professional Service.
