We had very timely service and have not had any rodent issues since the technicians came out
Always a kind person and listens to customer concerns
I trust them for my raccoon trapping and attic work. Had mice runs in the attic and didn’t even know how bad the healthy and safety risks were. So thankful I found Terminix!
My guy, David, has been so consistent and fabulous over the many years I’ve been with Terminix! I love that they send the same person, he knows what I need, and is very diligent about texting & letting me know when he’s coming. And the inspection guy is fantastic too!! Great reps, great company and excellent…

1st and foremost I can't say enough about Matt and Keenan!! From the minute Matt got here as I was in full blown panic attack literally as my baby's legs were getting ate up and as Matt was on his way I spotted a cockroach in my baby's room where my oldest daughter had just stayed for a cpl days..I couldn't breathe…

Our precious technician, and our current technician, Doug, really seem to care about ensuring any and all issues are addressed immediately, when we have anything that may pop up in between scheduled service calls. The techs are always friendly and give lots of notice of when they are coming to perform a service. Frank always does a great job for us.

Matt did a great job taking care of treating my home from pests.
It was time for the annual termite inspection. He did a great job locating most of the traps which tended to be a bit tricky considering all the plants that decided to take over!! Tech did a great job!
It was a very friendly experience.
As always, when the exterminator is invisible, it’s a good sign!! We knew he was here and he went about doing his business and left. No bugs!
Wasn’t there for visit
The service tech checked all the bait stations, found 3 that needed replaced.
DID A GREAT JOB ON CRAWL SPACE AND TOLD ME ABOUT A PROBLEM I NEED TO GET FIXED THAT THEY DO NOT DO. GOT IT FIXED. ALSO THEY SPRAYED FOR BUGS AND DID GREAT JOB. HAVE NOT SEEN BUGS SINCE SPRAY.
Individual who inspected our home was very polite and personable. He explained what he would be doing and did the job efficiently.
Knowledgeable and friendly.
Sabina came to my house to discuss treating my house to stop bats from coming in. She was great, very knowledgeable and professional. It has been four weeks and no bats. The men that worked at my house were great, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company!
Frank was very helpful in getting my house inspected. He was patient and worked with me on getting it done.
He shared exactly what he was doing before starting then also explained his findings afterwards. Seemed very knowledgable. Not sure on price as i did not see that today.
Did well explaining what he was going to do. He was so considerate when the guys were at my house to do some touch up work. He suggested he would come back in a couple of hours when the men was finished to spray, so the men would not come in contact with the chemical. Derrick kept his word unlike some other…
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to this time. Dylan left my house recently, and was super professional, friendly, and honest. He was clear that I could likely find services much cheaper but he couldn’t quote me any lower than a certain amount. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!
Danny was very professional and courteous. Did an excellent job inspecting all bait traps. I would certainly use him again and can only assume he’s an excellent employee.

He was very nice and professional. We initially paid for mouse control treatment, (2,500), and later also paid for a warranty/guarantee ($300 annually) on the work they performed. We have been using Terminix services for years, I'd tell you how many but we've been using them for so long I have no idea how many years.
