We had very timely service and have not had any rodent issues since the technicians came out

Always a kind person and listens to customer concerns

I trust them for my raccoon trapping and attic work. Had mice runs in the attic and didn’t even know how bad the healthy and safety risks were. So thankful I found Terminix!

My guy, David, has been so consistent and fabulous over the many years I’ve been with Terminix! The techs are always friendly and give lots of notice of when they are coming to perform a service. Frank always does a great job for us.

James has been my technician for a while now. I like that consistency. I appreciate him very much. Communicates well with me. He's super courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. Terminix service allows me peace of mind I wish everyone could have.

Matt did a great job taking care of treating my home from pests.

It was time for the annual termite inspection. He did a great job locating most of the traps which tended to be a bit tricky considering all the plants that decided to take over!! Tech did a great job!

It was a very friendly experience.

As always, when the exterminator is invisible, it’s a good sign!! We knew he was here and he went about doing his business and left. No bugs!

Wasn’t there for visit

The service tech checked all the bait stations, found 3 that needed replaced.

DID A GREAT JOB ON CRAWL SPACE AND TOLD ME ABOUT A PROBLEM I NEED TO GET FIXED THAT THEY DO NOT DO. GOT IT FIXED. ALSO THEY SPRAYED FOR BUGS AND DID GREAT JOB. HAVE NOT SEEN BUGS SINCE SPRAY.

Individual who inspected our home was very polite and personable. He explained what he would be doing and did the job efficiently.

Sabina came to my house to discuss treating my house to stop bats from coming in. She was great, very knowledgeable and professional. It has been four weeks and no bats. The men that worked at my house were great, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company!

Frank was very helpful in getting my house inspected. He was patient and worked with me on getting it done.

He shared exactly what he was doing before starting then also explained his findings afterwards. Seemed very knowledgable. Not sure on price as i did not see that today.

Did well explaining what he was going to do. He was so considerate when the guys were at my house to do some touch up work. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to this time. Dylan left my house recently, and was super professional, friendly, and honest. He was clear that I could likely find services much cheaper but he couldn’t quote me any lower than a certain amount. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!

The staff from Terminix did a really excellent job. Danny is very good at inspecting the house and is willing to go beyond on finding the potential issues and exploring the way to fix it. My technician, Matt, texted ahead of time to let me know when he’d be here and arrived in a timely manner. He was very helpful about a rodent problem. He then went ahead and sprayed and let me know when he’d be was done.

Very helpful recommendation on how to manage treatments with a pet. Gave advice on managing our mouse pest issue. Thanks for your service!

My home has a mice issue at this time. What l liked was that the same technician returned knew my problem previously had put things in place, followed up and educated me on the progress. Then updated the situation. I like that kind of service. To me that’s Professional Service.

The guy was really nice.

Inspector looked around in garage and crawled around crawl space looking for signs of termites. No signs of them. He pointed out water on plastic in section of crawl space, outflow sewer pipe tilted uphill, one heating ductwork had separated and sending heated air to crawl space. He showed me photographic evidence of all 3 items.
