We always get 5-star service
Frank always takes care of our home in an exceptional manner. He is interactive regarding our needs. We truly appreciate our Terminex relationship. Thank you Frank for all that you do.
We have been using Terminix for several years and our service has been spectacular. Our precious technician, and our current technician, Doug, really seem to care about ensuring any and all issues are addressed immediately, when we have anything that may pop up in between scheduled service calls. We also get…

Will was my technician. He is great. Terminix is great
Great job and paid great detail to our situation!
Marsean is vey professional and always show up in a timely manner
Polite and professional
Got a call wed from terminix, it was Marsean who has been taking care of our house all last year. He came today, called before he came so I could secure my dog inside. We've had several insect infestions, and his plan was recheck and check the exterior for other critters. We have yearly stinkbugs parties. He has…
They guy who came out was very nice and helpful.
Frank, did an exceptional job, providing the service for outdoor bug extermination. He is very professional and polite.
He was awesome! So very polite and understanding when I had to reschedule even last minute. Also, we do t have an issue with wasps, ants or hornets anymore and the last company couldn't even get rid of them!
Matt always does a great job.
I have used Terminix for over 20 years and I have always appreciated the service. Whether it was in the new build wear we raised our family or our 1960s ranch downsize, the protection provided has been worth the investment and look at is just that: a home protection investment. Our technician Derek has always…
Mat was great! He is always professional and is always friendy. Thank you
Our technician Matt is super friendly and thorough! We have been Terminix customers for almost 15 years and have always been happy with their product and especially their service.
Matt was superior! Gave us notice he was coming, was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable having him taking care of our “pest” needs!
Matt did an excellent job coming back several times for a yellow jacket treatment in our fireplace. Matt always was very responsive via text and phone and was very easy to work with. He came back 5 times so the cost per trip averaged down but if it was just one treatment at $350, I thought that was overpriced.…
Very polite eager to help us with thru this crisis Would recommend to anyone
Matt did a great job helping us with our bee situation. Always responsive and helpful.
Does good work. Friendly people
Matt is always great!
wonderful
Matt Griffith arrived on time and was very thorough and very professional
Jake was a very considerate, polite, and no pressure consultant. The price was reasonable especially for what they cover. Jim was out the next morning putting in the termite bate stations and spraying inside and out for insects. Jim was also very polite and considerate. I am very happy with Terminex and would highly recommend them.
They did a very good job and explained our options well was very friendly and patient also very Thorough
Great work from Terminix and our technician Matt Griffith. He always does great work.
Joseph is always punctual and pleasant to work with. He listens to my concerns takes the time to explain things to me and what I need to do to protect my pets from any possible hazards. He has made some amazing recommendations that have made the biggest difference we have seen yet in our journey with pest treatment.…
I would not use Terminix unless my service rep was Tracey Landrum. She is trustworthy, very thorough, and communicated well.
Have quarterly service for pest control.
Tracy is very accommodating to our schedule and time needs. She is very professional and trustworthy. We walked around the yard and she was very clear in what treatment she could and couldn't offer as to our garden pests. We've worked with Tracy for several years and hope to have her as our technician for years to come.
We’ve had this service for decades. Great service.
Great job. As long as you don’t have to deal with customer service and only your technican life is good!
My tech person, Keenan is great. Very professional and is friendly and always in a good mood.
Only because of my current technician, Dustin. He is very knowledgeable, has a high level of customer service and customer awareness, and has been able to tackle several problems that previous technicians couldn't figure out previous to him taking over treatment of my home. If he would change companies, I'd take my…
It’s always a great experience, quick and responsive as well as friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve used them for multiple occasions and for a quarterly treatment and they never hesitate to answer my questions or concerns.
Technician communicate with me and is always on time!
Tracy our service representative is fantastic, she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are covered!
I've used other pest companies in the past and they always get bought by terminix.. I do appreciate the consistency of having the same tech. Howie shows up and he knows exactly what to do, where we typically have problems and ask the right questions about problems that we may be having butbhadn't thought about..He…
Terminix does routine inspection and spraying for various pests in my area. I had horrible numbers of camelback crickets before Terminix began routinely spraying the perimeter of my home. Hardly ever see one now. No ants, no spiders. Serviceman is great, very professional.
It’s good to feel secure and feel rid of bugs in my home!
Signed a deal for Annual services and then they started to bill me for quarterly service. They could never get rid of the ants and spider. They claim the summer was too hot but I was still paying. This is dishonest also to show up when I am not home in the winter and still charge me when I had an annual contract.
Free from all pest not yetm
They do not communicate with the local branches regarding scheduling. I waited the day I thought they were coming and then they never showed. They rescheduled and never told me and of course it was for a time I couldn’t make. We rescheduled and the technician Andrew was very professional got the job done and told me…

Great service!
Q The service was efficient and and very Professional
We had an issue of wasps getting into the house near the chimney/fireplace. Terminix took care of the issue. Quick thorough service that has started to provide a solution.
Timely and professional services. My technician is always very responsive when anything is needed.
Our technician, Tracey, was a joy to work with, and was full of helpful information and suggestions to assist us as new homeowners. Will definitely be calling on them in the future.
