We had very timely service and have not had any rodent issues since the technicians came out

I trust them for my raccoon trapping and attic work. Had mice runs in the attic and didn’t even know how bad the healthy and safety risks were. So thankful I found Terminix!

Worse company ever

Do Not I repeat do not use this service they will not do what they say when they come out to your house they claim to treat for 26 different pest but won’t even get the one your calling about they won’t refund your money claiming the service was completed even with evidence that it was in fact not completed. We contacted Terminix on a Friday about a problem and they were able to send someone out that following Monday. After a consult and explanation of how things worked we felt great about what was going to happen. Special thanks to Sim for dealing with the chaos of 3 kids after lasagna while trying to fix us up!

He was very nice and professional. We initially paid for mouse control treatment, (2,500), and later also paid for a warranty/guarantee ($300 annually) on the work they performed. We are so grateful to the technician who came out today! He was wonderful to work with and we felt he was really working for us and wanted to offer his best. Not very many people care for others these days, but he was a breath of fresh air !

Got a call wed from terminix, it was Marsean who has been taking care of our house all last year. He came today, called before he came so I could secure my dog inside. The Terminix worker did a great job.

He was awesome! So very polite and understanding when I had to reschedule even last minute. Also, we do t have an issue with wasps, ants or hornets anymore and the last company couldn't even get rid of them!
