We had very timely service and have not had any rodent issues since the technicians came out

I trust them for my raccoon trapping and attic work. Had mice runs in the attic and didn’t even know how bad the healthy and safety risks were. So thankful I found Terminix!

Worse company ever

Do Not I repeat do not use this service they will not do what they say when they come out to your house they claim to treat for 26 different pest but won’t even get the one your calling about they won’t refund your money claiming the service was completed even with evidence that it was in fact not completed. James has been my technician for a while now. I like that consistency. I appreciate him very much. Communicates well with me. He's super courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. Terminix service allows me peace of mind I wish everyone could have.

We contacted Terminix on a Friday about a problem and they were able to send someone out that following Monday. After a consult and explanation of how things worked we felt great about what was going to happen. Special thanks to Sim for dealing with the chaos of 3 kids after lasagna while trying to fix us up!

He was very nice and professional. We initially paid for mouse control treatment, (2,500), and later also paid for a warranty/guarantee ($300 annually) on the work they performed. We are so grateful to the technician who came out today! He was wonderful to work with and we felt he was really working for us and wanted to offer his best. Not very many people care for others these days, but he was a breath of fresh air !

The Terminix worker did a great job.

He was awesome! So very polite and understanding when I had to reschedule even last minute. Also, we do t have an issue with wasps, ants or hornets anymore and the last company couldn't even get rid of them!

Dave Foster is the best customer service representative out there for bug/insect eradication. He is also very timely responsive and professional. Call Dave!

Matt was superior! Gave us notice he was coming, was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable having him taking care of our “pest” needs!

Prompt, excellent service! The guys were very efficient and relatively quiet as they performed the nasty job of removing and replacing attic insulation. Very pleased with the crew, the process and the outcome.

Dustin is great! Dustin is AWESOME! I have to reschedule alot sometimes just due to pain. I am disabled. He is great at answering questions! And he has made friends with my service dog.

Jake was a very considerate, polite, and no pressure consultant. The price was reasonable especially for what they cover. Jim was out the next morning putting in the termite bate stations and spraying inside and out for insects. Jim was also very polite and considerate. I am very happy with Terminex and would highly recommend them.

Eli was great. Took care of issues and explained everything. I wish everyone at Terminix was as responsive as Eli. It’s near impossible to contact Nathan… glad to know there are good employees there.

Our service technician David Foster does a thorough job treating our property. David Foster came recommended by a dear friend 10 years ago and we've been very pleased with the level of service that he provides. If Corporate continues to try to move our account to another technician then we will most definitely cancel our service with Terminix.

Matt has been my service tech for quite some time, and I can tell you. He is absolutely professional.Every time he comes. He is cognizant of the fact that I have dogs always gives me a heads up so I can put them away and treats my property with respect.

Tracy is very accommodating to our schedule and time needs. She is very professional and trustworthy. We walked around the yard and she was very clear in what treatment she could and couldn't offer as to our garden pests. We've worked with Tracy for several years and hope to have her as our technician for years to come.

It’s always a great experience, quick and responsive as well as friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve used them for multiple occasions and for a quarterly treatment and they never hesitate to answer my questions or concerns.

They came out and inspected for rodents then explained where they where getting in from. I am pleased with the work they did.

James is a competent pleasant and reliable technician who has done the pest control on my property several times. I'd like to keep him as my tech in the future too.
