Terminix

We had very timely service and have not had any rodent issues since the technicians came out

I trust them for my raccoon trapping and attic work. Had mice runs in the attic and didn’t even know how bad the healthy and safety risks were. So thankful I found Terminix!

Very helpful recommendation on how to manage treatments with a pet. Gave advice on managing our mouse pest issue. Thanks for your service!

We contacted Terminix on a Friday about a problem and they were able to send someone out that following Monday. After a consult and explanation of how things worked we felt great about what was going to happen. Special thanks to Sim for dealing with the chaos of 3 kids after lasagna while trying to fix us up!

He was very nice and professional. We initially paid for mouse control treatment, (2,500), and later also paid for a warranty/guarantee ($300 annually) on the work they performed. Now that we are having mice again, he explained that they will continue monitoring the situation. He also mentioned it may be challenging… Read full review

Got a call wed from terminix, it was Marsean who has been taking care of our house all last year. He came today, called before he came so I could secure my dog inside. We've had several insect infestions, and his plan was recheck and check the exterior for other critters. We have yearly stinkbugs parties. He has… Read full review

Dustin is great! Dustin is AWESOME! I have to reschedule alot sometimes just due to pain. I am disabled. He is great at answering questions! And he has made friends with my service dog.

Jake was a very considerate, polite, and no pressure consultant. The price was reasonable especially for what they cover. Jim was out the next morning putting in the termite bate stations and spraying inside and out for insects. Jim was also very polite and considerate. Our service technician David Foster does a thorough job treating our property. David Foster came recommended by a dear friend 10 years ago and we've been very pleased with the level of service that he provides. If Corporate continues to try to move our account to another technician then we will most definitely cancel our service with Terminix.

Matt has been my service tech for quite some time, and I can tell you. He is absolutely professional.Every time he comes. He is cognizant of the fact that I have dogs always gives me a heads up so I can put them away and treats my property with respect.

Good service!

Excellent service !

Tracy is very accommodating to our schedule and time needs. She is very professional and trustworthy. We walked around the yard and she was very clear in what treatment she could and couldn't offer as to our garden pests. We've worked with Tracy for several years and hope to have her as our technician for years to come.

Good, friendly, reliable service.

Superior quality products and A plus service technicians! I highly recommend Terminix to anyone seeking this type of service.

Very satisfied with my service.

It’s always a great experience, quick and responsive as well as friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve used them for multiple occasions and for a quarterly treatment and they never hesitate to answer my questions or concerns.

They came out and inspected for rodents then explained where they where getting in from. I am pleased with the work they did.

James is a competent pleasant and reliable technician who has done the pest control on my property several times. I'd like to keep him as my tech in the future too.

Called on short notice and they came and did a mosquito treatment the day of my daughter’s grad party.

Thanks you for the services provided.

I have never dealt with such a horrible company. I requested someone to come out and do a home inspection. He quoted me $8,000 to completely solve our rodent problem. I opted to not spend that much. I agreed to have the technician come out and set up traps for the mice. They came and set up traps for termites. It… Read full review

Good communication and follow up

Timely and professional services. My technician is always very responsive when anything is needed.

I love Terminix! Sean (The Tech) always comes and finds me each month to communicate if there are any issues he needs to know about. If we did have issues with anything, he is quick to take care of the issue. If we need them in between services throughout the month he is quick to come and see what the issue is and take care of it for us..

Called for control of moles and shrews. They came out multiple times but accomplished nothing. Talked us into a six month plan. Had to keep calling them to come and check things. Kept using the same method of treatment even though it was not working. When trying to call them you sit on hold endlessly. Was on… Read full review
