He was great. He explained what he was doing today and would be available to answer any questions.

My technician is amazing, punctual, constantly communicating with me when I have a concern and all the issues I've had have been resolved!

Andrew our technician is outstanding. He works so hard. Did our outside inspections and helped us with a small rodent issue today. What a Great Company⭐️⭐️

Dave always does such a great job. He came out extra to check on our attic space and was very thorough. He always calls the day before to ensure the time works for us which I greatly appreciate.

Always a kind person and listens to customer concerns

The tech was very professional and polite.

Frank is always flexible and asks if we have any problem areas that need immediate attention.

We always get 5-star service

1st and foremost I can't say enough about Matt and Keenan!! Frank did a great job as always. Even offered some suggestions for better pest control.

David is honest and kind!! He is a professional.

Got a call wed from terminix, it was Marsean who has been taking care of our house all last year. He came today, called before he came so I could secure my dog inside. We've had several insect infestions, and his plan was recheck and check the exterior for other critters. We have yearly stinkbugs parties. He has… Read full review

The Terminix worker did a great job.

He was awesome! So very polite and understanding when I had to reschedule even last minute. Also, we do t have an issue with wasps, ants or hornets anymore and the last company couldn't even get rid of them!

Great job as usual!

Dave Foster is the best customer service representative out there for bug/insect eradication. He is also very timely responsive and professional. Call Dave!

Matt is the best with the best response ever. Thank you Matt.

The technician, Frank, is a pleasure to work with.

We have used Terminix for quarterly pest control for at least 5 years. Matt has done a great job, making sure to communicate with us with reminders the day before and the day of with what service will be provided and to ask if we are having specific issues. We've never had an issue since having this service… Read full review

Matt always does a great job.

Matt was extremely helpful in explaining in detail all of my questions. He always sends a text indicating the date and approx time he will be coming. This proactive communication is valuable in our ability to plan for his arrival. Matt Griffith goes above and beyond to answer questions and make suggestions that are always helpful.

Matt does a through job

My home has a mice issue at this time. What l liked was that the same technician returned knew my problem previously had put things in place, followed up and educated me on the progress. Then updated the situation. I like that kind of service. To me that’s Professional Service.

Matt G. with Terminix is always exceptionally professional, kind, caring and considerate. The service is provided are always on time and exceed expectations. His dedication is appreciated! Highly recommend.

Matt Griffith is always kind and considerate. I’ve been using Terminex awhile and I appreciate him!

Matt conducted his quarterly spray and inspection for spiders, mice, and other bugs around the outside perimeter of the house.

The service was great he always asked if there’s any issues if so he takes care of it

Matt is a good technician & communicates well.

Matt has and did a great job..very personable and professional, really listens and adresses all my needs

My Terminex man Matt Griffith, was professional and kind and educational. He has been my service man for many years now and I adore him and the professionalism he brings to his job. Thank you

Our tech. Doug did an outstanding job

Matt Griffith does a great job. Keeps the bugs away. He always calls to let me know that he’s on the way and informs me of what he’s done.

Matt is great

Our technician Matt is super friendly and thorough! We have been Terminix customers for almost 15 years and have always been happy with their product and especially their service.

Great service by my Bug man Matt! Always does a great job!

Matt has been taking excellent care of our home

Matt was superior! Gave us notice he was coming, was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable having him taking care of our “pest” needs!

Matt with Terminix did a great job at our new house. Matt has been our Terminix Representative for several years at our old house. He followed through and visited our new house Promptly.

Technician was very nice and answered all my questions.

Matt did a great job keeping me informed of his arrival time and schedule changes.

We have had Terminix for a few months now and have been very happy with their services!

Dustin is great! Dustin is AWESOME! I have to reschedule alot sometimes just due to pain. I am disabled. He is great at answering questions! And he has made friends with my service dog.

Jake was a very considerate, polite, and no pressure consultant. The price was reasonable especially for what they cover. Jim was out the next morning putting in the termite bate stations and spraying inside and out for insects. Jim was also very polite and considerate. I am very happy with Terminex and would highly recommend them.

Our service technician David Foster does a thorough job treating our property. David Foster came recommended by a dear friend 10 years ago and we've been very pleased with the level of service that he provides. If Corporate continues to try to move our account to another technician then we will most definitely cancel our service with Terminix.

Matt was very nice and professional

My guy is really nice and does a great job for me. He knows the things I like to have sprayed and does it every time.

Terminix is great to work with! Matt does an excellent job. Always keeps me updated on services.

Terminix technicians have always been helpful and professional.

Great service! Great results! Associate Dustin is your asset! Always efficient service with a smile. He goes a step above with service and leaves us bug free.

It works!! Dustin is amazing

I would not use Terminix unless my service rep was Tracey Landrum. She is trustworthy, very thorough, and communicated well.

Great service at a reasonable price.

Excellent service !

Have quarterly service for pest control.

Tracy is very accommodating to our schedule and time needs. She is very professional and trustworthy. We walked around the yard and she was very clear in what treatment she could and couldn't offer as to our garden pests. We've worked with Tracy for several years and hope to have her as our technician for years to come.

Good, friendly, reliable service.

My technician is so professional and communicated so well. Marsean is probably one of my favorites so far as I’ve been a customer since my last house.

Tracy, our very capable representative of Terminix in The Meadows north of Noblesville, really knows the business. She has done an exceptional job of working on clearing the ants and spiders and whatever other bugs there were. You can count on Terminix to keep your home in tip-top shape. No bugs equals no worries!

The tech was very good at explaining the service, how it works and what to do should I see more spiders. He even helped me lift the bag of softener salt.

Very happy with service and technician

Great job. As long as you don’t have to deal with customer service and only your technican life is good!

My tech person, Keenan is great. Very professional and is friendly and always in a good mood.

The service techs we have had are all top notch, this this last young man truly takes the cake!! He was EXCELLENT!!

David did a great job! He contacted us before he came to the house. Told us what he was doing and going to do and when finished asked if we needed anything else. Great service.

Only because of my current technician, Dustin. He is very knowledgeable, has a high level of customer service and customer awareness, and has been able to tackle several problems that previous technicians couldn't figure out previous to him taking over treatment of my home. If he would change companies, I'd take my… Read full review

I had been trying to keep up with insects in and around the home. I would spray every other time after mowing and they were still prevalent. Highly recommend this company.

Technician communicate with me and is always on time!

James is a competent pleasant and reliable technician who has done the pest control on my property several times. I'd like to keep him as my tech in the future too.

Tracy our service representative is fantastic, she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are covered!

The technician called me the day before he came and also after he finished to tell me what he found and what he did. My daughter who was home to let him in said he was very friendly and professional.

The technician is great. Friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions.

Great service. Very friendly and knowledgeable from the inspector to the technician. Made us feel better about the insect problem we was having and covered all other insects that we didn’t even think about.

The bugs are dying!!!

Terminix keeps insects out of the house especially spiders.

He cleared out all cobwebs, spider debris and searched for any new unexpected insect invaders. All is good once again.

Tracy was great and always is. She even went the extra mile and cleaned some spider webs outside of our house without us asking her to do it. Thanks Tracy!

The technician, Derek, did a wonderful job. He made me feel comfortable and assured me any future concerns would be addressed. The company responded to my concerns quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Our technician is here every month and always takes time to see how things are going and answer questions and inquire regarding any concerns. They adhere to their schedules. They are on time, helpful, and friendly.

Terminix does a great job protecting our home from pests.

I really can't remember everything it was taking care of, but my biggest worries at the time we're all taken care of.

Technician arrived on time (this matters a lot to me!), was friendly yet professional. Not sure how affective the treatment is since it's only been 9 days since our service visit..

We just bought a new home and when we moved in, we saw some disturbing things and didn't want to take any chances!! So I booked with terminix. They had a really good yearly deal and I found a coupon, Booked appt & they came the very next day!! My Technician, Alex was so very helpful and reassuring, he made me feel… Read full review

It was nice and simple, effective as well. I called about fleas and they took care of that and all my other insect issues as well.

Terminix does routine inspection and spraying for various pests in my area. I had horrible numbers of camelback crickets before Terminix began routinely spraying the perimeter of my home. Hardly ever see one now. No ants, no spiders. Serviceman is great, very professional.

It’s good to feel secure and feel rid of bugs in my home!

I have a horrible spider problem at my new house and Terminix cancelled and rescheduled my appointment three separate times without even asking me, called while I was at work saying they were at my house and then rescheduled me for a month out. Save yourself the headache and go to Orkin.

They are the best!

Good value for the money. No issues with the service. No problem with coming out to check in between visits. Communication is great receiving notifications prior to service.

Javon was polite, quick and helpful! I appreciate him making the trip out to the house after the mini snowstorm we had.

Signed a deal for Annual services and then they started to bill me for quarterly service. They could never get rid of the ants and spider. They claim the summer was too hot but I was still paying. This is dishonest also to show up when I am not home in the winter and still charge me when I had an annual contract.

This was the qrtly. treatment. He cleaned the spider webs off and sprayed for ants and spiders. Did a good job 👏.

Free from all pest not yetm

The technician was very thorough explation of what he was going to do. Our primary concern were the spiders and the way we understood his explanation what he sprayed would take care of the problem immediately and it has now been a week and we are still seeing spiders and new webs, so we are not vert satisfied with the product.

On Sun Jul 10, 2016 at 01:44 AM Thomas Nickleson wrote: Excellent service and our technician, Jim, is very professional and thorough. He always is pleasant and explains what he is doing and why.

This service is absolute trash. For the initial appointment, the worker came out to our home and pressed us to spend $8,000 to get rid of a mouse in our attic. They sprayed for spiders, which was ineffective. We had a scheduled appt for the second round of spraying, which the person no showed and did not notify us… Read full review

Thanks you for the services provided.

Great service and a great value.

Our service technician, Aaron is such a tremendous person! He always goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our business. He is great tech, and represents Terminix well!

We have been using Terminex for about 2 years and have been very pleased with the service.

I absolutely love my service technician, Tracy Landrom. Only reason the issues we've had in the past have been resolved have been because of Tracy. She is reliable, dependable, thorough, and always willing to make sure I'm completely satisfied.

Terminix is very good to deal with and communicate everything before hand and afterward.

We live in a wooded area and it was just getting to be too much with all the insects getting into the house. We signed up for the quarterly application with Terminix. Since having their regular application, I no longer worry about the creepy crawlies getting in the house! LOL I have contacted our tech with… Read full review

Timely and professional services. My technician is always very responsive when anything is needed.

I love Terminix! Sean (The Tech) always comes and finds me each month to communicate if there are any issues he needs to know about. If we did have issues with anything, he is quick to take care of the issue. If we need them in between services throughout the month he is quick to come and see what the issue is and take care of it for us..

Product is legit and guys are really cool
