We had very timely service and have not had any rodent issues since the technicians came out

He was great. He explained what he was doing today and would be available to answer any questions.

My technician is amazing, punctual, constantly communicating with me when I have a concern and all the issues I've had have been resolved!

James has been my technician for a while now. I like that consistency. I appreciate him very much. Communicates well with me. He's super courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. Terminix service allows me peace of mind I wish everyone could have.

Wasn’t there for visit

DID A GREAT JOB ON CRAWL SPACE AND TOLD ME ABOUT A PROBLEM I NEED TO GET FIXED THAT THEY DO NOT DO. GOT IT FIXED. ALSO THEY SPRAYED FOR BUGS AND DID GREAT JOB. HAVE NOT SEEN BUGS SINCE SPRAY.

Dustin is great! Dustin is AWESOME! I have to reschedule alot sometimes just due to pain. I am disabled. He is great at answering questions! And he has made friends with my service dog.

Jake was a very considerate, polite, and no pressure consultant. The price was reasonable especially for what they cover. Jim was out the next morning putting in the termite bate stations and spraying inside and out for insects. Jim was also very polite and considerate. I am very happy with Terminex and would highly recommend them.

Our service technician David Foster does a thorough job treating our property. David Foster came recommended by a dear friend 10 years ago and we've been very pleased with the level of service that he provides. If Corporate continues to try to move our account to another technician then we will most definitely cancel our service with Terminix.

Have quarterly service for pest control.

Tracy is very accommodating to our schedule and time needs. She is very professional and trustworthy. We walked around the yard and she was very clear in what treatment she could and couldn't offer as to our garden pests. We've worked with Tracy for several years and hope to have her as our technician for years to come.

Tracy, our very capable representative of Terminix in The Meadows north of Noblesville, really knows the business. She has done an exceptional job of working on clearing the ants and spiders and whatever other bugs there were. You can count on Terminix to keep your home in tip-top shape. No bugs equals no worries!

The tech was very good at explaining the service, how it works and what to do should I see more spiders. He even helped me lift the bag of softener salt.

I had been trying to keep up with insects in and around the home. I would spray every other time after mowing and they were still prevalent. Technician communicate with me and is always on time!

James is a competent pleasant and reliable technician who has done the pest control on my property several times. I'd like to keep him as my tech in the future too.

Tracy our service representative is fantastic, she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are covered!

The technician called me the day before he came and also after he finished to tell me what he found and what he did. My daughter who was home to let him in said he was very friendly and professional.

The bugs are dying!!!

Terminix keeps insects out of the house especially spiders.

He cleared out all cobwebs, spider debris and searched for any new unexpected insect invaders. All is good once again.

Tracy was great and always is. She even went the extra mile and cleaned some spider webs outside of our house without us asking her to do it. Thanks Tracy!

It was nice and simple, effective as well. I called about fleas and they took care of that and all my other insect issues as well.

Terminix does routine inspection and spraying for various pests in my area. I had horrible numbers of camelback crickets before Terminix began routinely spraying the perimeter of my home. Hardly ever see one now. No ants, no spiders. Serviceman is great, very professional.

It’s good to feel secure and feel rid of bugs in my home!

I have a horrible spider problem at my new house and Terminix cancelled and rescheduled my appointment three separate times without even asking me, called while I was at work saying they were at my house and then rescheduled me for a month out. Save yourself the headache and go to Orkin.

They are the best!

Good value for the money. No issues with the service. No problem with coming out to check in between visits. Communication is great receiving notifications prior to service.

Javon was polite, quick and helpful! I appreciate him making the trip out to the house after the mini snowstorm we had.

Signed a deal for Annual services and then they started to bill me for quarterly service. They could never get rid of the ants and spider. They claim the summer was too hot but I was still paying. This is dishonest also to show up when I am not home in the winter and still charge me when I had an annual contract.

This was the qrtly. treatment. He cleaned the spider webs off and sprayed for ants and spiders. Did a good job 👏.

Free from all pest not yetm

The technician was very thorough explation of what he was going to do. Our primary concern were the spiders and the way we understood his explanation what he sprayed would take care of the problem immediately and it has now been a week and we are still seeing spiders and new webs, so we are not vert satisfied with the product.

Timely and professional services. My technician is always very responsive when anything is needed.

I love Terminix! Sean (The Tech) always comes and finds me each month to communicate if there are any issues he needs to know about. If we did have issues with anything, he is quick to take care of the issue. If we need them in between services throughout the month he is quick to come and see what the issue is and take care of it for us..
