I had a pleasant experience everybody was friendly helpful and knowledgeable would highly recommend your services to other people
Danny was great. Introduced himself. Told me why he was here and what he would be doing and followed up at the end with the findings and next steps.
He always is so polite and does a great job.
I have used Terminix for over 20 years and I have always appreciated the service. Whether it was in the new build wear we raised our family or our 1960s ranch downsize, the protection provided has been worth the investment and look at is just that: a home protection investment. Our technician Derek has always…
Matt Griffith did a great job. He notified me of his arrival this morning. He sent me details of his inspection and treatment. Thank you Matt!
Did the inspection on Friday. Reported findings immediately. Serviced on Tuesday. Fast, efficient, and very professional.
Jake was a very considerate, polite, and no pressure consultant. The price was reasonable especially for what they cover. Jim was out the next morning putting in the termite bate stations and spraying inside and out for insects. Jim was also very polite and considerate. I am very happy with Terminex and would highly recommend them.
Our Team from Terminix are superb. Always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have had them for many years now.
Tracey has been a blessing!

Thorough company
They are honest. They call ahead and show up on time! Will knows his bugs!
I got termite extermination services. They come and install little bait stations, but they installed the bait stations right up next to the house. Better would have been to put them at the perimeter of the property. I feel like i HAVE to keep paying them monthly because they put termite attractant right up…
Quick and easy and very detailed of the process
Our technician is here every month and always takes time to see how things are going and answer questions and inquire regarding any concerns. They adhere to their schedules. They are on time, helpful, and friendly.
Service was good.
Termites done some damage to my home, and I needed to make sure they are eliminated before i do any repairs, so I called the best in pest control. They done an awesome job putting my crawl space the way it should have been 25 years ago.
Thorough and reliable service. Give you peace of mind that things are going to get taken care of and followed up on. Also let you know what's going on, why and what they will do.
I really can't remember everything it was taking care of, but my biggest worries at the time we're all taken care of.
It was nice and simple, effective as well. I called about fleas and they took care of that and all my other insect issues as well.
The service technician was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns.
The onsite rep is always polite and informative
We had a wonderful experience with our inspector Mike and with our technician Eli! Both had great customer service skills and were very knowledgeable, and they were both very polite, professional, and self-sufficient. I was present for both appointments and after I showed them the areas where we needed the work…
Free from all pest not yetm
Good quality service that’s effective.
This company is a scam. I was blatantly lied to by the inspector about to ability to cancel services after I sold my home.
I was extremely satisfied with my experiences with Terminix. They were very thorough and inspected every part of my house and treated everything. They were very kind and answered all my questions when I was quite frazzled about the whole situation. Finding bugs in your house is not fun, but Terminix helped me take…
I signed up for termite service a year ago. I should have known from the start that it wouldnt go well. My first appointment ended up being a no call, no show, the second ended up being late. Now, a year later, I called to end my service and was told by Ivin Henz that everything was taken care of and someone would…
Well qualified professional staff; courteous, efficient effective.
I found termites had eaten through a wall and there were dead ones all over the floor. I contacted Terminix. They came out promptly. They inspected the area and made a plan to take care of them. Later, a technician came and installed bait stations. They come back every year to inspect and check the bait…
