Danny provided my annual home inspection for termites. Although some stations weren’t visible he was able to locate them and explain what was happening at each bait station I asked a lot of questions. He gave me answers and provided additional information about termite behavior It was very easy to see that Danny was experienced and very professional

This was a new gentleman checking the house for termites. I have a long time contract with Terminix. He was very nice. As I can only remember he is the first technician to go under the house in the crawl space and completely circle it. I'm sorry I can't recall his name. He was very thorough and I would definitely have him return next year.

Matt conducted his quarterly spray and inspection for spiders, mice, and other bugs around the outside perimeter of the house.

Eli did a very thorough inspection of my craw space and found out I have a couple things that need attention. None of the other inspectors never said anything was wrong.

Jake was a very considerate, polite, and no pressure consultant. The price was reasonable especially for what they cover. Jim was out the next morning putting in the termite bate stations and spraying inside and out for insects. Jim was also very polite and considerate. I am very happy with Terminex and would highly recommend them.

Elijah was communicative, thorough, and very informative! He had to a fair amount of work to do, locating and digging up each bait station. He found them, removed each bait for inspection, and then reinstalled our replaced as necessary. I would request Eli for each service visit if I could.

Very detailed service

I called this company to schedule services twice. Both times the rep communicated and scheduled a time, both times the appointment was cancelled, and I never received any communications until I called them. Would not recommend.

Our technician is here every month and always takes time to see how things are going and answer questions and inquire regarding any concerns. They adhere to their schedules. They are on time, helpful, and friendly.

Termites done some damage to my home, and I needed to make sure they are eliminated before i do any repairs, so I called the best in pest control. They done an awesome job putting my crawl space the way it should have been 25 years ago.

Thorough and reliable service. Give you peace of mind that things are going to get taken care of and followed up on. Also let you know what's going on, why and what they will do.

I really can't remember everything it was taking care of, but my biggest worries at the time we're all taken care of.

Terminix does routine inspection and spraying for various pests in my area. I had horrible numbers of camelback crickets before Terminix began routinely spraying the perimeter of my home. Hardly ever see one now. No ants, no spiders. Serviceman is great, very professional.

Run away! They came out and did a termite inspection. Days later they call to schedule the inspection. I’m like “your guy was here two days ago”. They acted confused.
