The technician, Matt, was friendly and explained what he was going to do and why. He demonstrated how to reset the traps and explained why they set the bait stations outside.

Our Terminix man always does a top notch job, spraying for pests and knocking down spider webs etc. I was thrilled when last year Matt told me about the yard spraying to eliminate ticks which allows me to work in my flowers again! Matt is a conscious employee and should be rewarded and acknowledged for his work ethic.
