Steve Ciacco is our service technician. He is always kind, respectful and on time.. He even calls when he's on the way so I can let the dogs out.
He's never failed to ask whether I have questions or if there's another issue that needs addressed.

I had bats on the outside of my house, in-between my house wall and the trim.
The sales guy came out looked around the house and was telling me about the dangers of bats. He then went poked his head into the attack and said I had the bats in my attic as well. He showed me what he said was bat droppings.
He said I had bats in my attic and tried to get me to seal around the house, replace all my insulation, sanitize and re spray insulation. He quoted around $7242 for this. I was shocked by the price. I told him I would have to get a second quote from someone else. At which point he mentioned 12 month 0% financing but it would be an extra $300. This didn't make sense because your just tacking on the finance to the bill. I again said I'll need to get a second quote. Then he mentioned they could come out and just seal the house with out the replacing the insulation for $1342.00. I again said I'm going to get another quote. Then he said the Terminex are licensed to remove the bats and use top of the line caulk to and other will go around using spray foam. He said they would seal all the eves and cracks around my house. Again, I said I would like to get another quote and he left.
After he left I went up in the attic and it looked like a couple of mouse droppings and no sign of bats. I just wanted to get the bats removed from in-between the trim and the house wall. I ordered caulk and was going to do it myself but had second thoughts because I didn't want to harm the bats.
I figured it would be better for professionals to come out and safely remove the bats and seal the house. I called the sales guy and made an appointment.
Two Terminex employees came out and use spray foam to spray in-between the trim and the house. The foam expanded in places, coming outside the trim. In other places there was still gaps for the bats to get into. It took them maybe an hour and they left.
I called Terminex and told them I was not happy with the service. They came out 3 more times to clean it up. The last time they finally brought the caulk out. They removed the excess foam, but in spots the foam stained my house.
All in all they sealed a portion inside the attic and poorly spray foamed and caulked my house. They did about 60' to 80' of trim and didn't seal anything else around my house. All this for $1342, and I never seen them remove a bat. I filed a complaint and they removed $300 off of the bill.
The amount of work completed for $1042 seems a bit much. I don't mind paying for good service, I feel like I just got scammed.
The pictures attached are before and after. The foam coming out of the trim is the first job.

The lack of professionalism is STAGGERING.

7 calls and no resolution. No accountability. They replied and told me to send an email. I've spoken with at least 3 managers at the call center. The branch manager will not contact me.
