Rick was amazing. He communicated prior to his arrival to establish needs and help me prepare for his treatment of spiders and additional pests. He arrived precisely on time and fully treated my home and garage, with enthusiasm, professionalism, and knowledge.
Steve Ciacco is our service technician. He is always kind, respectful and on time.. He even calls when he's on the way so I can let the dogs out. He's never failed to ask whether I have questions or if there's another issue that needs addressed.
Steve Ciaccio is definitely a 10! With my schedule he has always worked with me and been there to do the inside and outside. My grandchildren are here often and we are protected. Thanks Steve!
Steve always gives me notice a day in advance of my service and shows up when scheduled. He always ask if there are any issues or concerns and addresses those. Always professional and leave the property in good condition
Steve is always available to stop by for any “bugs” that shouldn’t be there. Helped wonderfully getting guys over when I had a mouse problem. He’s your guy to call when you need anything!
Steve and the rest of Team Terminix keeps my home in the woods pest free.
Steve always is responsive and on time. He does a great job and is very personable.
Steve C is always prompt and friendly. He always calls ahead to provide service date & confirms no additional issues or questions.
Our service rep, Steve C, came out this morning to spray for insects. He always calls a day or two before he is to come over. He is always on time & pleasant to deal with. He asks if we are having any issues.
Great service! Steve is always nice and professional!
We were having an issue with wasps and had a pest control company we were using. However - It was clear they were not doing a great job with all of the issues we were having. We called Terminix and they have been great! The wasps have disappeared and Steve is extremely friendly and strives to make sure they don’t…
Steve is great! We love that he’s been treating our house for so many years. It means that he remembers to call ahead to let us know so we can unlock the gate. He is very thoughtful!
