I use Terminix to prevent against bugs. The company is great and I am always able to talk to a live person rather than following a ton of phone prompts. So far I have had the best and very knowledgeable technicians. Major kudos to Mathew and Francisco who are always patient with me and help to address any concerns!
This company does not stand by their work. They will promise the world, not follow up or return calls. DO NOT sign up with Terminix, they will be sure to charge you but not provide promised services. There is no communication in this company, trying to cancel or reschedule appointments for them to come to our house is near impossible especially when they only tell you the day before or the morning of. Overpriced and poor service. Read the contract; otherwise, you will be attached for a year and three thousand plus dollars later. Then you will be free.
