Wonderful
Perfect customer service and care, they do their job.
I've been using them for 3+ years and I've been really happy with their service. I don't have any bug issues in my house or ant problem in my yard. There is really nothing I can complain about so I have to give it a 5 start. I'll update if any changes.
Ali has always been very responsive to our pest-control needs both inside and out.
Richard is great. We don’t have bugs in our home thanks to him. 10/10.
Happy to have this company servicing my property. Very easy to deal with. The tech was prompt, profesional, respectful and knowledgeable. A1 service across the board. Looking forward to pest free future for my pets and home.
Have large oak tree in back yard, draws roaches so like to have outside of house sprayed.
A little pricey but polite and effective service. Will return quickly if necessary.
The technician, Jerry, is always on time and professional. He explains any concerns or potential issues and is friendly and personable. Only issue - I think scheduling the annual service 3 and 1/2 months BEFORE renewal and sending the renewal billing 3 months prior is excessive and should be done closer to the renewal date (i.e., 6-8 weeks before).
Excellent service, communication of appointment and polite technician.
Amazing experience, he taught me some of the top reasons why the bugs were attracted to the home and it was things I never even thought about. It was a rental property so he showed me what to look out for and what to patch up when I own my home, and I didn't realize that my wife buying all her amazon stuff and…
Monthly service for bugs in general. No need to worry about bugs inside because they kill them outside before they get in. If we do see bugs inside they come out and service the inside as well.
Terminix is a well-established reliable service with an excellent reputation (per Google). We hired Terminix as the best and best-priced of 3 estimates we obtained. Terminix is easy to work with. Our technician, Francisco Rivera, was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He showed up within the timeframe…
EXCELLENT
Such a great experience! Jason was extremely informative and educated me on the type of pest found in my home and where it could come from! He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease! Awesome!! Definitely give them a call and let them service your home!
Horrible customer service. Phone and communication issues. Over 20 min on the line to cancel, with excuse after excuse.
NO PESTS! and animals are safe!
As always, Richard performed my quarterly pest treatment thoroughly and efficiently, and advised me of his findings. He is always very professional and polite.
great service and great people
My service tech Oscar Ostos is great. He is polite, considerate, and really knows what he is doing. He always lets me know exactly what he has done and if there were any problems and solutions that I may need to remedy. He is outstanding.
The Terminix rep will text you in advance, not a auto generated text, and asks of issues that need addressing. He will also call, just to make sure that everything is covered. You can't beat the service, protection or value. Terminix for the win!
Wonderful service and stellar professionalism.
Bruce is an excellent technician and his service is 5 star+++.

The tech Ali Bastidas did an awesome job. He contacted me before arrival and sent me pictures of the work he had done. I was very impressed.
I started using Terminex for an ant issue in my kitchen. Since then, I have no more indoor issues and every technician has been highly professional. They communicate and post pictures of what they found and treated every single time. Excellent company!!
Had problem with eggs of cockroaches in dog bones that were in kitchen Pedro sprayed the kitchen and than checked the cabinets. Did a great job.
Very courteous. Prompt communication.
We are continuously pleased by our service. Richard is fantastic and always communicates well and provides us with any information or answers to questions we may have!
Ali Bastidas is amazing! He truly takes the time to always let me know when he is on the way so i can put my animals up. He takes the time slowly to spray and take care all areas. He stays updated and always comes on time. He even got down a huge wasp nest for me i did not know i even had! Amazing service and definitely recommend.
I called and ask for extra service for my yard to be treated for fleas due to we have a lot of stray cats in our neighborhood. Our dog is outside with us when I take my children in the back and front yard to play. I got a message on Tuesday saying a technician would be out on Thursday. I responded back to the…
Technicians are very very good. Phone people not so much
Terminix Termite and Pest Control did a great job. It was an emergency and they came "same day" to help me out. They kept right on the problem and followed up with visits and advice as to how I could solve my problem. I would recommend them absolutely. The service men are great and very professional. The price was right as well.
The tech did a wonderful job, in explaining everything he saw and did. Very polite
I appreciate Pedro taking time to address my concerns and explaining what steps he is taking to prevent pest from invading my house. I am glad I made the call with Terminix and look forward to continue to receive great service in the future.
My previous review was edited to remove the write up leaving just the stars. My complaint is that the price charged seems to be based on what they think the person can pay (expensive neighborhood gets charged more) versus the cost of the service.
I cancel my service after 3 services. Poor lowsy extermination performance. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL Techs. Exterminate a 2500 square feet house outside in less than 8 minutes. I will not recommend them.
They are the best. Call on the day of appt, explain what they are going to do and to see if I have any questions. They are very helpful and know what they are doing.
Andrew in Orlando, Florida is amazing! He is communicative and very knowledgeable.
I had never used Terminix. But suddenly I discovered a problem and called them. They had a very rapid reaction to my discovery of termites in our house's crawl space.
Great service
Paul E. addressed all of my families questions regarding ant behavior and water bug habitation. He walked through our home with us and listened to our concerns.
