They get rid of unwanted guest fast👀friendly and efficient and service
Richard Rodriguez, my Terminix technician is always very communicative, expressing when he’ll arrive and what was completed on the day of appointment. Excellent service, excellent communication all the way around! Truly a valuable asset to the Terminix team!!!
DO NOT USE TERMINEX. This is the WORST company that we have ever used, every single person we have spoken has either been unhelpful or a liar. Starting from the moment we received a quote we were lied to by the inspector, Ahmad, in central Florida. He suggested we do a termite spray and baits around the house and…
Very professional service.
Aric Newberry very kind and did everything I asked. Did an exceptional job outside the house.
Joe Heist comes regularly up to DeLand to keep my house safe from critters. I have three beautiful trees so my house gets a seasonal rush of bugs - they all stay out or die thanks to Joe. Terminix also set up termite bait stations around the exterior to protect the hardwood and used fiberglass insulation in my attic…
I use Terminix to prevent against bugs. The company is great and I am always able to talk to a live person rather than following a ton of phone prompts. So far I have had the best and very knowledgeable technicians. Major kudos to Mathew and Francisco who are always patient with me and help to address any concerns!
We experienced an issue with dry wood termites, and after consulting with Terminix, we opted for fumigation. Following the fumigation and the removal of the tent, we discovered damage to our roof's peak and gutters. This damage appears to have resulted from ladders leaning against the structure and the tent being…

Nicolle Morea was great, she was kind enough to call before getting to the house, she kept me informed with the inspection inside and out. Also ask me for my concerns. She is a value to Terminix
Despite the extremely high cost of the service, the results have been far from satisfactory.
Durand and Mark were really friendly and they were knowledgeable about the job and explained to me step-by-step on what needs to be done to my home. I felt relieved after the work was completed. I am extremely happy with the professionalism the two gentlemen showed. After the job was completed Durand left everything nice and neat, which I appreciate that.
