Great experience with Ali very informative and attentive.
Richard Rodriguez, my Terminix technician is always very communicative, expressing when he’ll arrive and what was completed on the day of appointment. Excellent service, excellent communication all the way around! Truly a valuable asset to the Terminix team!!!
Wonderful service from Eric Newberry!!!
Awesome!!
Aric Newberry very kind and did everything I asked. Did an exceptional job outside the house.
I highly recommend using Terminix for your home pest control. They will listen to all of your concerns and I’ve never had an issue with them. Never.
Debron was excellent , very polite and thorough. He is truly an asset to the company, because of him I would encourage my friends and family to give Terminex a call .. become a customer. The technician I am referring to is Devon Anderson
I started using Terminix a few months ago, they always let me know the day before that they are coming to my property, and they always provide me with a report when they are finished. Pedro is very honest about what he finds around my property, and that gives me a peace of mind knowing that I’m in good hands. I…
Horrible experience working with these guys. Unprofessional, not punctual and don’t deliver on time and also very hard to reach out. Just stay away!
I use Terminix to prevent against bugs. The company is great and I am always able to talk to a live person rather than following a ton of phone prompts. So far I have had the best and very knowledgeable technicians. Major kudos to Mathew and Francisco who are always patient with me and help to address any concerns!
Matthew was amazing, this was my first ever interaction with Terminix and he was so personable and knowledgeable, not only being proactive but also showing me things to look for. in general he was an amazing guy and i wish every interaction was with him! i wish him nothing but the absolute best and thank him again for the amazing service!
always very professional excellent service
Devon always does an incredible job!
After getting a few price quotes, I went with Terminix and I made the right choice. Excellent service, affordable cost and no bugs after the first service treatment!
If I could give zero stars to this company I would. They don’t show up for appointments and making appointments is nearly impossible. My elderly parents paid 2562.00 2 months ago treatments were supposed to be every 2 weeks and they have only had two treatments. I feel like they are taking advantage of the elderly.…
Jonny was very knowledgeable, quick & efficient! Thank you!

Your service technician, Ali, was here at the appointed time, listened to my concerns and promptly took care them even suggesting other areas that should be sprayed to better insure complete coverage. He was polite, professional, and prompt.
Alex Kelly was our assigned agent and he did an amazing job! Showed up on time, answered all of my questions, and took care of everything. I would highly recommend this company and specifically this agent!
Good
I recently had an issue outside my house with bugs, since using terminix services my issue has greatly improved. I would definitely recommend using them.
Before my regularly scheduled quarterly pest control service, Alex Kelly asked me what concerns I had and I took pics of ant infestations and spider nests/egg sacks in my pool deck and lanai areas and sent them to him. Alex took care of my concerns and was definitely customer satisfaction focused. 5 star highly recommended!
These guys are rockstars! Jeremy and Duane totally went above and beyond to make sure that our pest problem was taken care of. Thank y’all!

My Terminix man is Richard Rodriguez. He always has great communication when he’s coming, when he’s there and what he did when he’s finished. He sends pictures and a report what he did while he was at my home. I appreciate someone like Richard actually doing what they said they did around my home even when I’m not…
