Despite the extremely high cost of the service, the results have been far from satisfactory.
Durand and Mark were really friendly and they were knowledgeable about the job and explained to me step-by-step on what needs to be done to my home. I felt relieved after the work was completed. I am extremely happy with the professionalism the two gentlemen showed. After the job was completed Durand left everything nice and neat, which I appreciate that.

Before out tenting for Terminex, I told the salesman 3 times about the skylights on the roof and not to step on them. He said he would meet the subcontractors that do the tenting to show them where they were. Not sure if he did but they stepped on and broke 2 of them. It took about a week for them to get back to us…

The technician, Jerry, is always on time and professional. He explains any concerns or potential issues and is friendly and personable. Only issue - I think scheduling the annual service 3 and 1/2 months BEFORE renewal and sending the renewal billing 3 months prior is excessive and should be done closer to the renewal date (i.e., 6-8 weeks before).

Very complete inspection
Had problem with eggs of cockroaches in dog bones that were in kitchen Pedro sprayed the kitchen and than checked the cabinets. Did a great job.
Well, after 5 days they sprayed I am still finding many German roach in my kitchen. The guy is supposed to comeback next Tuesday but I don't know if they are charging me for this second visit. I paid $190,00 and until now id didn't make any difference. Lets see and I keep writing my feedback.
Termite service was expensive and didn't solve the problem, then they showed up unrequested 2 years later took 2 pictures, and they charged my card $200. Be careful when giving them your card number.
Terminix Termite and Pest Control did a great job. It was an emergency and they came "same day" to help me out. They kept right on the problem and followed up with visits and advice as to how I could solve my problem. I would recommend them absolutely. The service men are great and very professional. The price was right as well.
