He not only communicated time of arrival with different appts he might be finished with earlier than my appt time (which was a big plus for me today), he also took time to explaining the process of the spray and what to expect. We have had great service with Terminix. Wayne our technician always calls the day before we are scheduled to be serviced and he arrives within the time slot we were given. He checks to see if we are experiencing any new problems or need any added areas treated. We would recommend Terminix for their service as well.as their very reasonable prices.
