Just found out from the technician that Terminx won’t replace termite damaged wood because they considered the outdoor wooden staircase “water damaged” and they won’t replace any damaged wood if they’ve already treated it for termites. I have live active termites crawling on the staircase and showed the technician.

We have the annual termite protection program and today the property was inspected to make sure we were free of termites. This is something they do annually. When Terminix does find evidence of termites, it is handled free of charge. Very grateful! Juan, the inspector, was very helpful and extremely professional!
