Daniel is an excellent technician . He communicates regularly before and after his visits to treat the exterior of my home for pests
Terminex has been a great company. They have great communication and are always punctual. I appreciate their thoroughness and would highly recommend them for all your pest control needs. The monthly cost is well worth the peace of mind! Thank you, Jorge Leal, for taking care of the spider eggs!! 😬🕷️🕸️
Ryan was very detailed oriented in performance of his pest control activities. He is very personable and attentive. Thank you!
Super nice, polite and communicative from one day before. He was efficient and explained step by step so I would understand and educated me through my process. There always a window of time (2hrs usually) but he let me know when he got closer to my time when he would arrive. This help to plan my drop off times and not feel rushed.
Jorge is always friendly and professional. We appreciate he goes the extra mile!
Ryan is an excellent technician. He always goes the extra MILE to provide the service we ask for. I would rate him higher than a five star I would give him a 10 if possible.

Saul notified me in advance when he is coming for our regular service with a 2 hour window and ask if we have any concerns. He was punctual and professional and gave me some suggestions on my concerns (raccoons eating our grapes) and what our services includes.

Great experience! Always so courteous and professional.
Good job all the time. I don’t think it’s necessary to have to do a review every single time they come,
Luis is reliable and answers my calls immediately. he does an excellent job!
We have had great service with Terminix. Wayne our technician always calls the day before we are scheduled to be serviced and he arrives within the time slot we were given. He checks to see if we are experiencing any new problems or need any added areas treated. We would recommend Terminix for their service as well.as their very reasonable prices.
I was very happy with the service from Terminix. The agent, Charles Selvage was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. I am looking forward to having him come back again. The online management page is super fast and easy to use. It makes it very convenient.
the service was grate
Painful, but cancelled my account due to suspect sales tactics. Customer since 2018. The field technicians are great, but they price gouge you on additional services. 300 to treat a storage shed for bees, when the orginal qoute was for 200. Then when I decide too look else where, they offer to check with management…
John Garcia is always very through and courteous.
Great service and haven't seen any insects in our home since we started using Terminix. Our spray technician is professional and always on time.
I'm trying to cancel all 3 services I have with Terminix due ONLY to their inept customer service. The technicians I've had the pleasure to work with have been fabulous - courteous, professional, responsive and very effective. They go the extra mile when asked for help. I've been with Terminix for something like…

Have obtained Terminex services for protection of my home from various pests, and so far my home is pest-free!
The periodic service around my home has greatly minimized any insects inside my home. Of course, an occasional spider will find its way inside but no infestations of ants or other insects have occurred.
Bugs be gone! Love it!
